Why should Ekovest be distracted from its current goals? Plus, the intention of acquiring Iwcity is for future listing of IWH. The asset is temporarily parked under the name of Ekovest. What for?

TSLKH has his abacus to count. We minor shareholders will do our own calculation. We are educated and financially literate too. Hopefully all institutional investors turn down the proposal, EKOVEST will spike except for TSLKH cannot sleep.

When you see the full proposal, you may figure out that Ekovest is bailing out TSLKH. TSLKH’s long term plan is not letting Ekovest holding the asset and be the ultimate beneficiary. His ultimate goal is preparing for listing of IWH. Ekovest is just a sor chai to be exploited because of its cash cow status.

Marilah kita bagi acquisition deal ni gagal dengan teruk teruk pada 29 Mar 2018.

This kind of write-ups is helpless. Most importantly, we are concerned about the deal.

I do not see any significant benefit to Ekovest from the deal. What I see is Botak parks IWCITY asset under EKOVEST name, and transfer to his right pocket IWH in future

Now IWCITY alone can have positive cashflow till 2020 generated from landsale to Greenland. Why can’t IWCITY alone merge with IWH? This is just a simple question. Why should get EKOVEST involved? If so, what is the benefit to Ekovest? Do you think that IWH shares if listed is worth more than the cost Ekovest pays?

Botak Lim screws up everything from Minor shareholders perspectives. One example is despite positive profit growth, share price has been stagnant for so long.

I am aware of the upcoming huge cash flow generated from the acquisition of IWCITY. But, my question is what Ekovest can earn from this deal as it has sacrifised a lot since the annoucement was released. The offer given by Botak is neither promosing nor attractive.

I hope just in case all Ekovest shareholders vote against the deal. Pray hard hard.

Being a minor investor of Ekovest, what i care the most is the benefit that Ekovest can reap in the deal. If botak Lim plays with left and right pockets,sorry, that’s not my cup of tea.

I cannot buy the idea that acquisition of IWCITY is for the future listing of IWH. Why can’t IWCITY and IWH merge together directly given that it is the ultimate goal? Why Ekovest+Iwcity for the time being and then inject iwcity to IWH in exchange for IWH shares? What benefit can Ekovest reaps after paying the price for this acquisition? Think about it. Botak is not simple.
