The government should cut down the scale of over-bloating civil service sector. Those laid-off civil servants should be re-trained and re-developed. If I were prime minister, I would down size the cabinet. However, too poor, the civil servants constitute a large group of voters. To remain in power, every party try to please this group of people. The government hires some many civil servants, but most of the projects are handed over to private consulting firms, eg. Mckinsey.

Malaysia household's debt is too high relative to income. Don't dream that property market will have significant surge. It will slump soon. The income level cannot support the growth despite the fact that the young population highly demands for home.

November AGM is a good time to catch up with directors to ask more about the company's prospect. Stop speculating on Bandar Malaysia. Bandar Malaysia is just a ghost town. It is a hype that traps all investors. Bandar Malaysia and DUKE, I prefer DUKE.
