Well, I do personally make some good money from Bones' recommendations, my question is Do u make good money each time AN IB gives u a Buy Call...? haha I do stick with IB stock recommendations too....I would say it is my faults to follow them lah....Bravo Bones,,,keep up all the nice works....and thanks a lot for helping me to make more good money..

Symphony Life Bhd is set to achieve at least RM2 billion in property sales by 2018, according to Executive Chairman Tan Sri Azman Yahya.
Azman said Symphony Life, formerly known as Bolton Bhd, saw good demand for its RM2.5 bilion worth of real estate launches.
"Although the market had seen signs of softening over the past 12 months, we had launched projects with total gross development value (GDV) of RM2.5 billion with excellent take up rates," Azman Yahya told reporters after Symphony Life's annual general meeting here today.
He said Symphony Life was confident that the market would return to a steady pace next year.
Azman said the company was well positioned to capitalise on opportunities in the property market.
"Furthermore, the Bank Negara Malaysia is taking some measures in promoting a stable and sustainable property market.
"With projects having estimated total GDV of almost RM4 billion to be launched within the next five to seven years, we are well poised to take advatage of any upturn in the property market," he said.
Symphony Life's freehold Star Residences, TWY Mont Kiara, Signal Hill, and Shah Alam U10
are among projects in the launch pipeline.
He also said Symphony Life was actively looking to add to its land bank for future development.
On its township development in Sungai Long within Selangor's Kajang district, Azman said the development of the land would not be taking place anytime soon.
He said this was due to the Selangor state government's plan to acquire part of the land for the Langat 2 project and a proposed new highway.
"The amount of land that will be acquired has yet to be finalised. We hope we could get a certainty by end of the year."
According to the company preliminary projection, the 168 ha (420 acre) Sungai Long development may carry a GDV of RM8 billion.

All in, MIDF Research said, pending further clarity from outcome of the petitions of local steel mills which have submitted their petitions to Ministry of International Trade and Industry (Miti) for trade remedies against the dumping of steel products which have impact profit margins, it maintained its forecast of Lion Industries for FY15.
“Equally, potential trade measures that could be imposed on both long and flat products in Malaysia could help level the playing field against the dumping of cheap Chinese steel imports,” it added.

I was informed privately at rm 1.90......when the IB wants to come out reports I do not know..maybe Azman is not keen to see them ...for the report. They do have a long list of people to see each month..

Apart from these projects, the developer is in the process of converting 625 acres of quarry land in Sungai Long to residential land. "We are converting our quarry land in phases to 99-year leasehold, to develop a new township. That works nicely for us because the new Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) will cut across our land," Azman says. Hi guys, Symlife still holds 625 acres in Sg LOng as mentioned in their website...and Azman mentioned the same in Edge 6/03...how come it becomes 419acres....The sale of land to ytl was way back in Jan 2013...Did.t Azman know about it when he said they have 625 acres there..do in their website.....

Thanks u would notice the share price is about 50% of book value of 2.55.....and with undervalued assets some more.....kinda turnaround for better futures like import duty for steels etc.....

It is good idea to sell off a little bit of land or joint ventures so to stay zero debts ..could be Azman intention plus to lock some profits of 70m or so...plus cash of rm 130m.....haha if u sum up these two , almost equal to the price of lands they bought in Sg Long

Guys, these are the planned projects in hand, but this year Symlife may go for 1GDV or so....
Symphony Life coming up mega projects will be looking at
- 625 acres mixed township development in Sungai Long with RM6b GDV (With New MRR2 access)
- Signal Hill, Kota Kinabalu with a GDV of RM 520m
- Star Residence, high end mixed development project between Jalan Mayang and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng for a GDV of RM2b
- 51G at Jalan Gurney, Kuala Lumpur for a GDV of RM 360m
- Taman Desiran Bayu at Wangsa Maju for a GDV of RM100m
