End results...near zero debts, locked in profits , and still having better quality of lands like the one in Sg Long of 625 acres......

It is good idea to sell off a little bit of land or joint ventures so to stay zero debts ..could be Azman intention plus to lock some profits of 70m or so...plus cash of rm 130m.....haha if u sum up these two , almost equal to the price of lands they bought in Sg Long

Guys, these are the planned projects in hand, but this year Symlife may go for 1GDV or so....

Symphony Life coming up mega projects will be looking at
- 625 acres mixed township development in Sungai Long with RM6b GDV (With New MRR2 access)
- Signal Hill, Kota Kinabalu with a GDV of RM 520m
- Star Residence, high end mixed development project between Jalan Mayang and Jalan Yap Kwan Seng for a GDV of RM2b
- 51G at Jalan Gurney, Kuala Lumpur for a GDV of RM 360m
- Taman Desiran Bayu at Wangsa Maju for a GDV of RM100m

BTW Marco gets a new CEO formerly from Padini..........

The ways warrant is pushed up and no insiders is selling, Symlife is likely to hit rm 1.70 in the future...

With 4sen Dividends, it should be able to attract some buying from the local funds, esp through Azman's connections.

Justin, u are right ..Marco is among the most cash rich of Robert Tan co...And if u look at Marco business model, 100m paid up is making up of 50M cash n about 50m paid up capital......meaning they do not have to pump in more money to run the businesses...Anyway, if Robert Tan develop his mega property projects, Marco Cash would come in handy....
