Great contrast. Bumitama with average palm age of 8.9 show spectacular result.
A more than 100% q to q result whereas Golden Agri result drop q to q cause of old trees. Likely jtiasa will have spectacular q result in the oil palm sector as their average Palm age is lower than Bumitama? Hope the timber sector loss would not b substantial.

CKCS, yes the old particleboard operation stop for more than 2years here in Segamat Industrial Park. The reason is at Allgreen, a subsidiary of Evergreen has put in new machineries for the particleboard operation. The high capex is mostly utilised in the upgrading in Allgreen. Heard that more than 100mil. Production started last few months but at more than 50% of targeted production now. Believe by end of the year it will be in full production. At the moment local demand is great and not enough particleboard in the market(hearsay). Not enough to cater for export. This is for particleboard not MDF.

Evergreen spent 150mil on upgrading segamat plant.
Last 2 yrs no production due to upgrade.
1 line on trial run n another should b running end of the year.
Revenue n profit for the group should b going up henceforth.
Can wait for better results but may have to pay higher price. Safer to wait?

May b Mui can sell off Pmh , muiprop , pmcorp n some hotels.
Then capital repayment to all Mui shareholders n boss get money to pay wife?
