By the way I start to invest in high growth, high debt and high ROE Yinson.
Will accumulate month by month and hopefully by end 2024 when two of Yinson newly assets FPSO hit first oil the earning will pour in.

If you only used forward earning or EBITDA multiple or ROE to value a company then a high debt or even negative equity company like CapA will come out on top.
Insas after back door listing (RTO) of M&A now only have money lending Insas credit and leasing.
Insas is an investment holding company with billion in cash and billion in Inari holding alone. Then why people don't value Insas on NAV like icapital? Know what is the ROE of icapital?

I lost 50% of my capital on xingquan thinking I can depend on Bursa SC to protect my interest. How naive I was then.
Nowadays if I smell something is not right I am the first to run fast fast.

My point is not whether Fisher or Benjamin Graham a better investor but market can be inefficient or depressed longer than you can remain patience/solvent.
So just invest with your spare money and make some money with whatever method that suit you.
But just remember do not lose your 50% capital no matter how good that stock can be.

Stony wish list for 2024:
Positive outlook on macro indicators
○ Anticipated downward trajectory of brent Crude Oil Price, with prices estimated to reach as low as USD78 per barrel in 2024
○ Expected strengthening of MYR against US Dollar, with an estimated closure at RM4.20-RM4.40/USD by year-end.
○ Market expectations of further interest rate cuts in 2024, advantageous given that 70% of costs are denominated in US dollars.
Q1 end 31/3/2024 almost come to the end.
Stony 2024 wishes will not be granted.
At current USD to MYR exchange rate, high Brent crude oil and no USD interest rate cut will Q1 ended 31/3/2024 another lose making quarter?

Section 506 of the Penal Code (which is related to criminal intimidation).
Just because of an emotional old man kopitiam outburst talk on Akmal. Polis is now act so fast to make arrest and investigate the poor old man under section 506.
So had the old man make a direct verbal or written threat? Can't we different a kopitiam outburst talk and a criminal intimidation?
So far any Polis action to arrest the vigilantes under section 506 of the Penal Code (which is related to criminal intimidation)?
Vigilantes intimidate two men into confessing
Two other ugly incidents occurred earlier as a consequence of the socks controversy.
A video was circulated which showed a group of men intimidating Chiok Wai Loong and forcing him to confess to comments he made online about the socks controversy which were deemed to have insulted Islam.
Reports said another man, Ricky Shane Cagampang, was also allegedly intimidated and forced to confess to “offensive” remarks he had made online

1.) Where is the Money From ???
Note : From 2020 to December 2023 >
Total Share of Profit = RM 431.703 Million
Total Dividend = RM 97.386 Million
Grand Total = RM 529.089 Million

Action 1:
Assume excess valuation for each plane of US$3.8mil. Or may be higher! LOL
Total 219 air planes yield excess value gain of RM3,821mil (1US$ to RM4.5915)
Action 2:
Don't give free CAPI shares to CapA investors, but instead use it to double the goodwill from US listing.
Goodwill RM2.36 bil to RM4.72 bil.
Action 3:
Make agressive profit target for 2024: RM2 bil net profit after tax. LOL
Action 4:
Stop buying new planes for one year. LOL
To get out of PN17:
Total Equity Deficit = - 10,469.5 mil (RM)
Valuation gain = 3,821.0 mil (RM)
US Listing Goodwill = 4,720.0 mil (RM) [Note: No free CAPI share to CapA investors.]
2024 Profit target = 2,000.0 mil (RM)

Net Cap-A Equity = 71.5 mil (RM)

https://focusmalaysia.my/sarawakians-told-to-rally-behind-kk-super-mart-to-save-the-states-pride-from-going-belly-up/
SARAWAK has lost all her local banks after a policy to have the banks merged with bigger banks.
Now Sarawak pride on the success of 24-hour convenience store chain KK Super Mart founded by Sarawakian Datuk Seri KK Chai. With the recent uproar on the few pair of socks said to have the ALLAH inscription on them, some politicians and activists are bent to see KK Super Mart be closed down.
Since KK Super Mart which has 881 outlets across Malaysia is a business founded by a Sarawakian, Parti Bumi Kenyalang urges the Sarawak state government to intervene to ensure that the current controversy would not ruin KK Super Mart.
Being a Sarawak-based company, the state government must see to it that KK Super Mart is supported by the Sarawak state government to spread its influence on Peninsula Malaysia.
As Sarawak has lost her local banks in the past, the state should not further lose KK Super Mart which is its “business ambassador”.

According to a presentation by SingTel on Aug 23 this year, its Digital Infrastructure Co under which the RDC business is parked, recorded revenue of $72 million, and ebitda of $44 million in 1QFY2024 for the three months ended June, compared to revenue of $273 million and ebitda of $172 million in FY2023.
KKR’s purchase price of $1.1 billion for a 20% stake in SingTel’s RDC, translates into an enterprise value (EV) of $5.5 billion, and an historic EV/Ebitda multiple of 32x for the Digital Infrastructure Co. According to the presentation, 62MW is online, with plans to develop around 200MW. Hence, some analysts read it as KKR acquiring 31% of the RDC business for $1.1 billion.
Based on the Aug 23 presentation, in 1QFY2024, the utilisation rate for 62MW in Singapore was 99%. The revenue mix is a “balanced” mix from hyperscalers and enterprises.

Only after COD or for FPSO first oil then lease rental come it that should take care of loan principal and interest payment plus profit that contribute to positive cash flow.

Common Stocks and Uncommon Profit.
Do you know Insas growth it NAPS 30/6/2014 RM 1.728 to 30/6/2023 RM3.375 a CAGR of 7.72%
But the NAPS growth did not reflect into its share price.
Why?? Inefficient of market?
But even then people like TheContrarian still can make a 4 fold gain.
My question isn't TheContrarian method qualified him as the true method on turning Common Stocks into Uncommon Profit?
So why you insist Fisher method is the only right method?
If you buy 10,000 shares at 60 sen, sells all at RM1.10 your original RM6,000 becomes RM11,000 and with that amount you can later buy back say, 15,000 shares at around 70 sen. Then sell the 15,000 shares at RM1.20 to get RM18,000. Later when price drops back to say, 80 sen, you can buy 22,500 shares. And after selling off 22,500 shares at say, average price of RM1.30 you realised a total of RM29,250 , that's a gain of RM23,250 from your initial cost of investment of RM6,000 , almost 4 fold gain
