It was the Maybank analyst that cause the spike in price of AAX.
But it you look into his analyst report he is selectively using some figures/misinformation to form his own fact. (Like Thai AAX will contribute toward AAX profit soon)

AAX owns 49% of Thai AirAsia X, both were bankruptcy companies due to covid 19.
AAX bulldoze thro' debts restructure of paying 0.5 sen for every dollar owed and then arm twisting Bursa SC to uplift AAX from PN17.

Meanwhile Thai AirAsia X go into business rehabilitation plan that begin a planned process of repaying debts and refund payments to passengers impacted by the inevitable cancellation of flights during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The executive chairman of Thai AirAsia and Thai AirAsia X told The Nation newspaper late last week that those two entities may continue to operate under their present ownership structure until as far out as 2027.

"The merger of two airlines in Thailand may have to wait two to three years until Thai AirAsia X leaves the business rehabilitation plan, which should happen around late 2025,” Tassapon Bijleveld said. Thai AirAsia entered into bankruptcy protection in May 2022, at the time saying doing so would allow it to manage better debts incurred earlier in the pandemic.

KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 19): Capital A Bhd now has up till June 30, 2024 to submit its proposal to regularise its Practice Note 17 (PN17) condition after getting Bursa Malaysia's approval for another six-month extension — its fourth extension in a row.

If any shareholders are not happy with what TTB was paid and the court case cost and dual listing cost then please bring it up at AGM and hold TTB accountable, responsible and answerable.

If I am TTB and at 40% discount, I will ask all my employees to collect at 40% discount and then go for voluntary liquidation.

It will be a win win win win for TTB, icapital employees, minority shareholders and COL.

For plantation, we impute a FY24F FFB production growth of 6% YoY (vs. 5.2% YoY in FY23 and 7.5% YoY in 2MFY24). KLK’s oil palm estates in Sabah, Sumatra and Kalimantan were not affected by the heavy rains in late- 2023. 50% to 60% of KLK’s FFB production come from Indonesia.

Ex-mill cost of CPO production is anticipated to decline to RM2,000/tonne in FY24F from RM2,229/tonne in FY23. The drop in the cost of production per tonne in FY24F is driven by lower costs of fertiliser and a higher volume of CPO production.

KLK is currently trading at a FY25F PE of 16x, which is slightly higher than its 2-year average of 15x. We believe that the premium is justified due to the group’s attractive age profile of oil palm trees.

The high officer is Senior Vice President Corporate Surveillance and Governance, at that time he is incharge on my many complaints on Red Chip Companies: Xingquan, CSL, Maxwell and Msport.

After my first ever Xinguan AGM and external auditor refuse to answer my after AGM further clarification questions. I purposely attend CSL AGM and put the external auditor on trial on how he do the audit and verification on bank deposit.

I then submitted all the auditor written replied to Bursa Sc and the external auditor was called by Bursa SC for further questioning. The rest is history.

As to why COL continues to buy, essentially to arbitrage on the deep discount.

If I have know that then I would have wrote to COL in year 2020 asking them to arbitrage Insas deep discount.

Previouly I wrote to value partner asking them if they are interest in taking over Insas.

No wonder this year all my stocks with low PE and great value in price to book going up.

The spot light has turned from speculatives stock to fundamentals stock.

Most banks & booking firms are not giving marginable value, cap the price or DF facilities for these stocks which are trading at very high PE & price to book.

Everything go back to fundamentals - PE, price to book, gearing ratio, cash per share, sustainable earnings on existing operations, good & conservative management team, rather than promises on new ventures & M&A transactions

Gross profit= volume ×(unit price -unit cost)
Unit cost = (direct cost + indirect and OH cost)/volume.

Unit cost will reduce if production volume increase.
Gross profit will increase if volume increase, unit price increase and unit cost reduce.

I just trying to provoke leno to buy more Insas-WC so that Insas can hit my TP of RM 1.50 sooner rather than later.

I remember questioning Dato Sri Thong in 2018 AGM why he sold some of his Insas-WB and I think his answer is he has the same right as any shaeholders of Insas-WB to deal with his Insas-WB as he wish.

Later I think he resigned from Insas CEO so that he do not need to report to Bursa on his dealing with Insas or Insas-WB shares.

Orderbook of 362 aircraft to be delivered over the next 12 years, beginning 2024. Of the 362, financing is secured for 73 aircraft through Sales and Leaseback (SLB) arrangement with several lessors.

The planes was ordered during precovid 19 and Stony has big plan for AA India and hoping poker man can pull string and set up an AA China.

Post Covid-19, Stony get himself kicked out from AA India and AA China still remain a pipe dream.

Do Stony has a plan on how capA going to utilise these planes?

I not just write long long dumb letter but also had been invited to joint meeting with Bursa SC. In one of the meeting I complain bittery why I need to pay Xingquan company secretary to get a copy of AGM minutes. Shouldn't public company publish AGM minutes at Bursa website?

Year later, I was suprised Bursa SC make it mandatory for every listed company to public AGM key matter discussed at listed company website.

My first attended AGM is Xingquan AGM and I was shocked that CEO is lying thro' his teeth with impunity when answering shareholders questions and external auditor, independent directors were in complicit with CEO. The rest is history.

KUALA LUMPUR: Budget carrier AirAsia, a part of the Capital A Bhd group, is seeking a US$400mil loan, half of it from private credit funds, to refinance debt, according to people familiar with the matter.

The loan will be in the form of a revenue bond, with investors to be paid out of ticket sales from 10 AirAsia flight routes, the people said, declining to be identified because the matter is private.

Is it better to talk to oil palm tree?
I have not idea but the late IOI founder Tan Sri Lee Shin Cheng used to say he can talk to the palm tree.

I think what he actually mean is it is easy to deal with trees than people. For an experience eye, a look at the tree already can tell is the tree is at a stage of distress or calm, sick or healthy, in pain or at ease and etc and you can cure the tree with proper application of fertiliser, water, soil recondition, pest control and etc.

But dealing with people, you can tell them all the facts and figures and talk untill the cows come home but they will still insist your facts and figures are all wrong because how can this one and only one extraordinary Stony got it so wrong? Stony is not your ordinary tom, dick and harry and surely he can lead us to the promised land.

My target this round on Insas is to collect back my cost of RM 2 million then let the balance free cost Insas to run to whatever direction it wish to go.

So no harm asking Mike-tikus for direction and he will tell you Insas is now at point 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
