panic liao those big fund managers who are trying to speculate on this stock. so far no update on how much acceptance the offeror has received. when the day is approaching 27th yet no acceptance update, plan might scrapped off. revision of offer price is unlikely, as the china offeror is a listed company in china. cannot simply raise offer price without shareholder's approval.

in January this year fund manager got offered private placement at 3.07. they sold their shares like no tomorrow until 3.07, to earn arbitrage profit. my stop loss order triggered at 3.07, ended up suffering huge losses i ever had.
now in November i covered up the losses. by looking at the price now, i realized that my losses is just a small peanut for them. their losses is even more, hundred times or even thousand times of mine.
luckily i work for myself. i don't contribute to EPF. feel pity to them. they might not have lucrative bonus for this year.
