@Choysun, yes its a big slap on LDP and PM Suga. Yamanaka is a politics newbie and once said IR is like a "poison apple". Anyway, Yokohama IR seems out now, but GenS definitely can continue to bid for IR at other prefectures. I actually like GenS for its potential future IR in Japan plus the fact that Singapore is ahead in opening up internationally (stronger recovery story). GenS has duopoly casino in Singapore (already making good profits for several quarters) and I think eventually GenS will win one of the 3 IRs in Japan. LV has over 100 casinos, very huge competition there. Could be a good idea to buy subsidiary sister company that is already making money and has potential to make much more in Japan. LV really not easy there with so many big and established competitors. Hence, I may buy GenS instead of GenB. I like exclusivity type of business... monopoly (GenM), duopoly (GenS), tripoly (GenS Japan IR?) type of market. Guarantee to make huge profits as long as the casino is open as there is very little alternative available. Thats just my personal view.
