Sold off MNRB at 1.30 yesterday. Should I use the proceeds to buy Insas at 0.865?

I always buy MNRB before release of QR and sell after, been repeating this cycle every 3 months.

The only way for MNRB to go to Syarikat Takaful's price level is to pay out a good amount of dividend regularly.

It's already surprising to see Insas price fall after the listing of the warrants. Are some people swapping their Insas for the warrants? I think this is a window of opportunity to buy Insas shares.

I really love this stock, I have bought, sold, bought, sold, bought, sold numerous of times in the past few years. The lowest price I paid was around 69 sen.

If comes one fine day Insas distribute some Inari shares to Insas shareholders, Insas-PB wouldn't be entitled.

Mr Sslee, I think you should switch your Insas-PB to Insas because Insas-PB upside is capped at RM1 while Insas may one fine day go much higher

Poor results obviously due to Covid-19 loan impairments. When Covid-19 is over there will be impairment write back. Full year results still a profit and there's interim dividend coming. Was hoping to buy at 1.64 but price didn't fall to that level. At least there's no 1MDB scandal.

My average cost is around 90 sen. I need to park my money here for awhile. Yesterday went to bank to place some money in one month FD and the interest rate was only 1.5% p.a.

Dividend payout policy of 50-60% earnings just implemented last AGM.

The interim dividend was declared about three weeks after release of first quarter results. So, it's possible that a second interim dividend might be declared in a few weeks time.

MNRB dividend payout policy is 50 to 60% of earnings, 9 months EPS already 19 sen, interim dividend so far only 3 sen.

Johnzhang, undervalued counters are plentiful. What I try to do is buy them cheaply at the bottom of their downtrend. When their prices fall it's a buying opportunity for me. What I do is I wait for price to fall first.

A regular dividend payout will attract institutional funds and price will move higher. Yes, there will be a final dividend but need to wait another few months.

I feel there's not much downside. There's upside potential from a possible declaration of a generous dividend as it has so much cash/FD. There's also a chance that Lion Industries which already holds close to 75% taking it private.
