If company is doing good and paying div to shareholders I totally have no doubts on that. But look at company performance and think about it, where they get the money from for paying dividend and what is the purpose of doing that? It is too obvious ! I'm just sharing my thoughts. Of cos if anyone think that share price will fly or company will be doing good in future u may buy it. Buy at your on risk.

They are using IPO money to expand their business in coming future 2 years. Furthermore, no one knows whether can they success after 2yrs. And most importantly they did not mention about dividend payout scheme which I assume that no dividend will be paid during this period of time. The scenario is just like i borrow money from u without paying any interest at all and i did not promise that will pay u back the money after 2 years time. Will this news push up the price sharply? Can.. unless they goreng lo.. but what is the purpose of goreng? I believe many of u here knows well than me. Don't get trap ya: )
