All penny stocks have gone up to very high price last year and now they crashed down to seriously below their NTA value, esp those already concentrated 10 to 25 folds.

All are in huge bargain, just imagine how much you will gain when they being played up again! Control you fear, don't be controled by Gtrader/whsitlebower99/thehoff, he had already caused huge losses to all poor innocent investors.

Good123, I just explained PP is to be in a few tranches, it don't straight come out 20%, sometime it can take years and it is still not approved yet. We don't needs to be so sensitive and reject it.

I have also explained PP is for funding of future projects, most companies do that not only penny stocks. I have also explained that share consolidation is not allowed to repeat in short time and it needs Court approval.

Moreover, consolidation of share increase the value of the share bec their value are being concentrated like Pasukas now NTA is 53C per share, even doubling the amount of share it still worth at least 30C.

Many people don't understand how company run their business. Most are also borrowing loan from Banks. Even Nestle used Loan to finance their business.

PP and ESOS allow the company to get cheap funds without having to pay for the interest. The company needs money to carry out the projects it acquired, which will eventually benefit all the investors.

Green Energy of Carbon reduction is the priority concern in the whole world due to adverse climate changes, which causes disasters in many countries recently. Carbon Market has already started in some developed countries.

When PP and ESOS prices being condemned to below their offer price averaged to 6C, before consolidation of shares, and the money is already in the Company.

Those share prices were higher than 2C before consolidation, so it was a concentration of share value even before the exercise. After consolidation, based on closing price of 2C, 1 share should became 20C each. Consolidation of shares don't change its worth.

whistlebower99 use PP, ESOS and share consolidation to claim that the company con investors; the fear causes panic sell and dragged down price.
It is very effective, whenever he posted such lies in any penny stock forum, price will just fall unbelievably, without question.

whistlebower99 is very cunny, he has many fake IDs to make it looks like a lot of people saying the samething.

After a while, others also follow him condemning PP, ESOS and share consolidation that's why the whole exercise is twisted to after consolidation, share value concentrated yet price goes back to before, which meant the price of 1 share is the same as 10 shares, ridiculous.

The sharks then take the opportunity to play up and thrown down to make huge profit just like Ppmaster, and then collected at lowest possible level waiting to slaughter again.

Please use your brain, in stock market there is something call herd instinct; and there is something call manipulation, that would cause price up and down.

Long term bombarbing with misleading facts coupled with manipulation at the right time to sell right hand to left hand in huge volume can easily change the sentiment to bullish or bearish if the counter is not supported by another opposite party.

Private Placement and ESOS do dilute a little in share value, but if the price is not being pressed down to such low level, the dilation is negligible.

Moreover the 20% is in a few tranches, and price not fix yet, if the MOU in Malacca turn into confirming project than nobody can press down price anymore, than PP price will be higher.

Last year Pasukas's PP and ESOS averaging to 6C increased the value of share not dilute. Share consolidate 10:1 further increased the value of share greatly to 53C per share.

PP is for company to obtain funds for buisness, it is easier and cheaper so will reduce cost and improve profit. The company has in their announcement that the funds collect would be used for their projects in hand and also newly acquired 77 Millions project. Besides there are still pending MOU Malacca project.

Good123, please check from Bursa announcement when you are free. Besides the Yayasan project of RM330 millions and 77 millions building contruction contract, total is already more than RM400 millions, and there are others which I can't remember.

That's why Pasukas has to PP again bec of having to fund its projects. The 100 millions from RI is not enough. The company PP instead of borrow from Banks can safe a lot of interest so can have higher profit.

WingJoe, don't be so navie, pp is a crook, ask you to buy high sell low. He could have been collecting quietly at low and will only ask you to go in when it is up a few bits for him to slaughter you. With a huge amount, a few bits would be enough for him.

This has to depends on your experience and skill, there is a word call don't catch a falling knife, see for a while until it meet a ressistance level before you jump in. It has to do with the market condition and trend.

The sharks could be the one that thrown down to 5C from 5.5C lately, and they found that they are unable to buy back at lower level, they have to stop. They could be the one Q at 5C but when they want to push up, the seller Q will disappear.

Fintec is buying Netx up until 15C, now still at 14C. If they can buy up Pasukgb to earlier's 12C, it is already up 150%.

For those not sold yet, just keep. Cut loss must be early, the most foolish strategy is to sell at bottom.

What mistake most people make is top up before it's downtrend is over, and finally at the bottom, they are so scare that they panic sell on the slightest scammer's lies to pull down further.

This is where technical analysis come, from the volume and the price you can see that not many people are willing to sell at 4.5C. This is where the fundamental come over.

This spree of panic sells to such low level was caused by fear created by lies from thehoff/whsitlebower99/ppmaster, he is from the syndicates to sing down price to buy at extremely low level for huge profit.

Those who cut loss after threatened by liars whstlebower99/thehoff and Ppmaster, later have to chase high when these liars being investigated by SC and sued by Fintec and its related companies.
