There are many worms in Jtiasa la. You would be surprised by comparing plantation costs between Jtiasa and TAAN . Plantation costs of TAAN stands at RM 10k per hectare whereas Jtiasa's figure ballooned to RM 21.6k per hectar. How to make money with such big amount of expenditure? If El Niño fail to help Jtiasa to generate profits, it may need to make another cash call in near future as its gearing level is rather high.

Possible reason.....BJtoto dividends payout in cash was 16.5 cents or DY 5.6% at current share price. BJCorp's finance costs stood at RM 303 million or equivalent to 4.1% for the past 9 months. It's a wise move to dispose some of its stakes to pare down the borrowings since interest rates are expecting to rise in the near future. I don't know the interest rate for BJCorp's loan but certainly on the rising trend witness from the upsurge in FD savings rate offering by banks recently.

Jtiasa, Rsawit and Subur.....sama abang adik. Something very in common for the 3 companies is gearing above 40% and profits sucked. Better look for TAAN, WTK to have a better deal.

Hard to say the growth will happen by relying heavily in depreciation of RM. There is a mixture of positive and negative growth in export electronic sector. You see below:
Revenue growth
Inari ( - 5% )
Gtronic ( -34% )
PIE ( slow down to + 8% )
MPI ( 0 % )
Skpres ( slow down to + 19% )

If KESM is able to achieve revenue more than 5% in next QR, the market may give a thumbs-up to its growth potential. At current price, KESM would be considered seriously undervalued. If KESM fails to deliver growth, the market may perceive it as value trap.
