Somebody said a few weeks ago, " Mulpha Land : A mediocre asset ought to be disposed!"
Then the price of Mulpha Land was 52sen. Now it's trading between 70 - 78 sen !!
Profit-taking for the next few days...After that, who knows ---> $1.00 ? Remember Ecoworld ?
Perhaps Mulpha can move up a little bit as a follow up effect o the rising son.

And the good news is...MulphaLand at 55sen is only the start...there's more upside to come !!
Just watch and see !!!

Honestly, with the recent Q4 heavy losses posted by TTheavy and the Rights Issue at 25sen, this counter will be under some selling pressure. A better (and safer) buy would be below 30sen !!

The daily, weekly and monthly indicators (like the CCI, DMI, MACD and Oscillator) have issued buy signals and now depict very firm indications of Sunzen’s eventual move towards much higher levels.

It would attract firm buying activities at the support levels of RM0.39, RM0.47 and RM0.59.

We expect Sunzen to witness some profit-taking at its resistance level and all-time high of RM0.60.

Its upside targets are RM0.65, RM0.98 and RM1.23 !!!

Good time to Buy !!

According to the Bonus announcement, the Warrant adjustment computation will be adviced later.

Normally with a Bonus Issue the Warrants will be adjusted with New free bonus Warrants and also the Exercise Price will be reduced accordingly. In this case, as Sunzen-Warrants EX-Price is also its Par Value of 10sen , it cannot be reduced below 10sen.

It'll be interesting to see how the advisers (TA) advice on the rights of the Warrant holders.
In any case, the main shareholders and related parties hold more than 50% of the Warrants.
This Sunzen Warrant is very tightly held. We just have to wait and see.

SUNZEN – Price has experienced a breakout above the RM0.475 level with high volumes. The MACD Indicator has expanded positively above zero, but the RSI is overbought.
Price target will be pegged around the RM0.60 level. Support will be set around the RM0.45 level.

Thoerectically, as Sunzen closing price is 45.5 sen, Sunzen-wa should be 35.5sen !!

Sunzen-wa (31.5sen) is a good buy as its currently trading at 12% discount to Sunzen at 45.5sen.
If Sunzen continues its uptrend momentum, the Sunzen-wa will move faster and catch up with the mother share. ( Conversion is adding 10sen).

If Sunzen continues uptrend on improved volume, the Sunzen-wa will move faster as currently selling at discount. Still -2.5sen discount (7.5%) to mother share. Stock to watch !!

There are really some Super Investors even in KLSE...but not KYY. These people operate very quietly and discreetly and always make money when other lose. But not KYY, at most, he's just a rich man who sometimes strikes it good. Like some of us...nothing special !

OTB : Assuming KYY bought 30 mil Xinquan at RM1.65 equals Rm50 million. At current price, Rm0.35 x 30 million is about Rm10mil. Therefore, Loss of Rm40million (almost 80% loss).
Not counting interest cost !!! Please don't blow the trumpets for KYY.

Mr Koon is an old man and he should be respected for his good deeds and intentions for providing scholarships to deserving students of all races. This noble act deserves respect and recognition.
That will always be his everlasting legacy which is a really honourable and altruistic act.

However, he must stop making recommendations and "predictions" about palm oil prices or Mudajaya Indian project; investing in horrible investments like Xinquan; or STILL recommending his followers (mostly inexperienced share investors) to use Margin financing to buy share. He is proven to be just an ordinary Investor just like you or me and who make mistakes. So nothing special about his "investing" skills at all. He is NO investment guru. Unfortunately !!

If he was a Super Investor, it is times like NOW and the next few months when the global markets are in financial crisis that a Super Investor (like Warren Buffet with USD40Billion cash) comes in to buy the beaten down quality stocks. But he is a spent bullet and probably will need to frantically cover his margin accounts to avoid FORCE SELLING. And 30 Million Xinquan shares is a lot of shares to sell. Sadly, he will feel the pressures and nightmares of the falling markets. Like all of us.

He once liken "margin financing" as using a hammer to hit a nail. So I say again to Mr Koon, if you try too hard, you will only smash your own fingers in the end !!!

Looks like Mulpha half year results 2014 will STILL disappoint as subsidiaries are not performing.
Insiders like Honest Oppurtunity already know Mulpha Q2 financial results beforehand and have reacted by shorting Mulpha.

Same with fund managers like Credit Swiss with insider information on Mudajaya Q2 results causing heavy selling (shorting) of Mudajaya shares on 3th July 2014.

Be careful...don't get carried away....follow the trend...you are trading with Giants.
