IPO for Sunway Medical Centre soon ?

With the record earnings and final Single Tier dividend of 32 sen (or 3.36% based on share price of 9.53) to be paid soon, accumulation at 9.53 after the QR announcement yesterday will generate very good dividend returns and also high likelihood of capital gains in light of the excellent financial results.

Vulture Fund will gobbled up the huge Sell Q at 9.53-9.55 -))) based on such attractive dividend yield.

Screaming Buy at today’s low of 9.53 ...> 10 by next month before Ex-Dividend !

Despite the down/negative market, HY IDSS Value only ~ 550k ie. ~ average price of 5.93. As Sellers quantities so limited, it will be interesting to watch the short-covering later -)))

Power of $ ... sellers so little -))) Once short sellers covering back in the afternoon session, it will be Limit Up instead at 7.93 KihKihKih

The defensively positioned investors would have lagged behind in this 2019 cyclical-led recovery rally. “Bottom fishing” would be the best strategy for 2019.

Noticed up 44 cents or 7.77% to be exact. Coincidence..... Boeing 777. The Big Buyer is ..........

Even the most negative sectors (Property, Construction & Telecommunications) are up. Sentiments have changed and no more everyday Low Prices. Companies (eg. Titan) that reported very bad QR will be down for the initial knee-jerk reaction and then bounced higher. Crisis = Opportunities. “Bottom fishing” is the order of the day.

Short-sellers will be absolutely burnt in this current trend. With such limited Sell Q/Volume (averaging less than 0.5m transacted shares daily) available daily, Short Sellers will ended up pushing the Share Price even higher as most recent investors are holding at low price < 5. Today’s volume of 3m plus is exceptionally high and guess who is buying ?

Don’t Worry, Be Happy. As I said, if HY hit Limit Down (impossible), all of us will make lots of $ thereafter as it will be absolutely cheap sale and opportunity to accumulate more at 4.27. HY is not penny shares and buyers have strong holding power based on the transacted volume these few days.

Still make money even if at Limit Down price tmrw but we shall see. Everybody selling Gamuda & TM towards their low of 2 & just look at the Share Price now after a few months. The same for Genting & GenM. Buy when everyone fearful ... nothing venture nothing Gain.

If unexpectedly HY reported a Profit or small loss for this Q, the share price will fly like a Concorde instead of Boeing 777 !

Q4 Loss already a foregone conclusion and already factored in to the current over-corrected share price. Market/Share price will react in advance (at least 6 months) based on the future envisaged/projected profitable results.

Flight easily maneuvered through the expected air turbulences ~ 5.80-6 level today. It will be smooth flight all the way & heading towards current Petron level of 7 plus. Good call for all those who joined in the Last Call @5.37 just early yesterday ... double digit return in 2 days -)))
