This is the first counter that I follow KYY recommendation. Timing not so good. I have been more careful hahaha in subsequent investment in others counter recommended. Timing hahaha

Property still can even in the year 2016. Only difference is lesser choice & have to more careful. Commercial still the best in class in term of property investment.

This is counter so far the only counter that I have unrealised losses when follow KYY recommendation. A unrealised losses of Rm11k. Anyway still believe it's will turn profit. :)

So far never in real life that I knew a person (financial analyst) so good that he let the whole world know that he recommended a share but he still did not invest.
