Usually most of the active shares investors seem did not like properties investment. As for me, I feel that properties still better than shares. :)

So far among all type of investment, property is the only type that you can just invest 20% inorder to own 100% ownership of the property.

yet settle the bank loan, 100% ownership of the property? only rent house from bank.

it is only consider asset if it can provide the positive cash flow, othervise it is liability.

WB2F: gotta agree with you stock market need to make 1000% each in a carefully diversified portfolio to outperform property investment.
Diversify is a nut for property investor

Property still can even in the year 2016. Only difference is lesser choice & have to more careful. Commercial still the best in class in term of property investment.

QE1,2,3,4,5 is the culprit behind the property booming, QE bring very little help to the sotck market, the reason is easy housing loan approval compare to margin loan, bank willing to give more loan to home buyer than investor

Bank is the worst making all this brainless policy
And the abuse on the policy is so strong that it lead to severely imbalance in the monetary distribution.
The one who abuse the policy get so rich that they can own the 99% of the wealth from the QE

As long as QE do not stop
Property booming will continue
The more higher the inflation (deflation?)
The poorer the youngster who make a living from salary
And the harder to get a new house
:(
