I want to say that I generally give ppl back a few folds of what they give me, they can decide whether it would be respect or nasty words. Since you back off, I offer you peace. I dislike trash talking but I just hate cyber bullies a lot more. I’m not surprised that you do not understand what Sections 175 and 176 of CMSA started but it’s not what you described. I don’t know how to help you, the problem seems to be cognitive in nature.

Section 175 of the CMSA - False Trading/Market Rigging
This involves matched transactions where the buyer and seller are the same i.e. either involving the same Central Depository System (CDS) account or "passing around" a specific group of CDS accounts. Transactions result in no change in beneficial ownership (NCBO).

Section 176 of CMSA - Stock Market Manipulation

Such acts are illegal under the CMSA.

Note: Essentially, the law provides that a person shall not effect, take part in, be concerned in or carry out, either directly or indirectly, any number of transactions in securities of a corporation, being transactions that have, or are likely to have, the effect of raising, lowering or fixing the price of securities of the corporation on a stock market in Malaysia, for the purpose or purposes which may include the purpose of inducing other persons, to purchase or dispose of the securities of the corporation or of a related corporation.

No offence. But everyday every counter also got ppl claim it would go up and likewise down... how would anyone take any of these seriously? Your warning here really only served as a syiok sendiri action...

The current NTA is 14 cents+. Before the news about gold mine the price is at around 8 cents. The news came and it shot up high. Yesterday before the gold price started to skid, it went up to 14 cents, an increase of 6 cents.

Gold price has dropped around 4% so far. For simplicity, take 5% of the 6 cents increase, it’s only 0.3 cents....

Furthermore, 14 cents hasn’t even fully reflected the profit this gold mine would bring because the current NTA is already 14 cents+...

Really no cause to go crazy and throw at 3 cents lower for an impact that’s supposed to be less than 0.3 cents.

From 17 cents slid slowly to 13 cents... Something amiss?
