KUALA LUMPUR: Technology company Netx Holdings Bhd

has proposed to raise as much as RM15.36mil by placing out 1 billion new shares in the company to independent third party investors.

Shares in Netx was last traded at 2 sen.


The company, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, said the new shares will be placed out at 1.48 sen a share. Proceeds from the exercise will be used for the development of its lifestyle mobile application known as GEM.

2) There are others 19 company to help to do network products installation ( calvin said fiber optic installation ) which submitted tender on 2018 but is not Netx.

3 ) This year Opcom have 2 CEO : additional one is incharge on the diversified and to expand network product installation business .

A IT company website is not ready over 2 months since Oct , Calvin said writen reply from Netx office is ready in 2 weeks on early Nov , but over 1 month still not ready , very bad managed company .

Calvin mentioned AGM or EGM first , then ppl ask when is AGM , no reply until stncws reply is on 2021.But Woodswater is admitting he said one.Just a simple info is also blurr like this , how is others posted comments.

4) Ericsson is 30 % partner of Opcom.


5) Ekyc earlier is partner with 2gotrade but not active since 2016 , even hong kong address is no longer operation at this location. Partner with 2gotech this june2019, start to burning money again , thats why asiabio bought 103 million share in August2019 to urgently roll out more PP and due to rotten account book.

6) Payallz partner with a Cambodia bank 2 years ago , no progress news.

7) GEM ? Already burned rm 19 mil , this year another RM 15.3 for upgrade. GEM still register by Invite only? Just a burning money project .

8) Shall see audited financial year end annual report can be out or not expected by March'2020, AGM on May'2020 ?

Company is permitted to hold its AGM by 31 May 2020 for tabling of its audited financial statements for the period ending 30 November 2019 and there will be no AGM to be held in 2019.
