Those who do not want to subsctibe would cash out before entitlement date
It woulb be so stupid to hold on your shares and not subscribe. Will you SS Lee?

I know the difference privatisation and cash call. I am using MBL and CCB to show the type of shareholder who would cause trouble to everyone else.
I am for the cash call and free earants. Ss lee complaint letter harms the interest of others irrespective whether they are for the proposals or want to cashout,

My advice to minorities shareholders is :Do not cut your nose to spite your face.
See how MBL threw a spanner into CCB privatisation at 2.20.Now CCB is lingering at 1.3 to 1.4. It will be years before CCB could get to 2.2 hopefully.

MBL is no longer i the top 30 shareholders in the latest AR.
Wonder what happened to its shares.

How can this be detrimental to minority shareholders. If no money to subscribe just sell off the shares. The price will shoot up to over Rm1.0 if proposals are approved.Remember if rejected the BOD is not obliged to come out with any alternative proposals. These could just be scraped and all minority shareholders would be losers

Dont need SCR. Just give VGO. I am sure most will sell back their shares.
Once Jardine has 80% CCB can be delisted. The remaining would be obliged to also sell.
Because nobody wants to hold share in delisted company

SSLee,you said you are not along rejecting the proposals. But
no one exceept you commenting here is rejecting the proposals

Your official complaint would definitely affect investors sentiment.
They would be put off not knowing whether the proposals could be altered or cancelled,
You are talking for yourself and no one else. That by definition is called selfish

During the similar exercise 5 yrs ago, there was a spike to about 1.2 before the warrant exercise price was fixed. It is reasonable similar spike can occur this time.

All this hepar stuff pure nonsense.

Most buying is due to aggresive share buyback.
The recent approval for share buyback would be positive for KPJ share price.

This is a very positive developments. I hope the company can repeat this every 5 years.
My only worry is the company may cut back on the dividend to 1sen again.
Any requirements from either SC or shareholders to carry through the proposals?
Stock: [INSAS]: INSAS BHD
