CHINA AUTOMOBILE PARTS HOLDINGS LIMITED ("CAP" OR "COMPANY") APPLICATION OF EXTENSION OF TIME TO SUBMIT REGULARISATION PLAN TO REGULARISE THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE COMPANY PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17 OF MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 11 January 2018 and 7 January 2019  (“Announcements”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

The Board wishes to inform that the Company has made an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad seeking approval for extension of time for further twelve (12) months to submit the Regularisation Plan to regularise the financial condition of the Company.

 Presently, the Company is still formulating the Regularisation Plan and there is no major development todate.
