Lee, i view it as pretty normal for businesses like what have been through for my business life. I remember when i open an outlet in a new state with mass public have "0" knowledge about us..the operating cost and marketing expenses were extremely high..New set up, new people, new advertisement...etc...One consider "very lucky" if you can breakeven for the first 1 year. (for new business owner, easily 3 - 5 years). You have current good clientale, good product and good technology and these are good "testimonial" to new market compared to new business setup. However, It still take time for new market to know your product, your brand, your people and etc.. But with good testimonial and track record, you tend to concur the new market faster..

Back to cuscapi, i'm quite understandable of where the losses come from and i'm aware that it is very logic...I'm pretty impressed that the growth in China market is tremendous quarter over quarter..at least Cuscapi is doing what they promise during their fund raising exercise..Theirs presence in china is getting significant and there should be a big U Turn to both the Top Line & Bottom Line earliest the 1st or 2nd quarter of 2014

Having spoke to many old friends who travel to china very frequently...the environment of doing business is no longer like 20 years ago...it is much professional environment now and integrity and human resources are way more advance compared to many countries including here..The population is set to increase another 20% with the new child policy..

I have been following closely on their company performance quarter over quarter, I give an "on-track" to their progress so far..given them some special allowance of time to materialize the product and program to build recurring income.

Guess the 25% spread is met and they are ready to main board so long as company financial remain positive

have no plan to sell any but will buy more when price fall lower...didnt buy enough before when it was low...the impact from REV will only come in earliest in 2014 if you have follow up the company development closely...the materialization part is always take time as the M&A plus new market penetration always incur higher operating expenses..

Fortunebull, Thank you for your advice...I'm pretty fine so far...i didnt time the market like you.. and i dont enter the counter because of low price or small cap either....i buy based on what i read from company announcement plus from business perspective...more importantly is i invest for long term... so far no missed yet...anyway...got mental preparation too for maximum 100% loss..:-)

From business point of view...if i'm Mr N and should i really have plan to move to main board, then i must eat as much ticket as possible through proxy (so as i m comply to the bursa ruling), orelse i will be eaten up alive when list to main market. Also, since I'm the boss of listed company, sure i'm not that stupid till do not aware of insider trading rulling, so long i can offer reasonable answer to SC (by giving reason like stabilising the over heated price/ reflect its actual value + reasonable Q result), then i'm fine. The fear of massive sell down is due to market wrong interpretation, guess, speculations and doubt which is not we can control off.. Since Miss AK already hint i'm not leaving, i hope to bring Instacom to greater heights..

My assumption: Anne is stupid but not that stupid (sorry i hardly call people stupid), if want to play this type of proxy game and eat ticket, the better answer to give to public will be " we are trying to establish a fairer share price to reflect its current value...because the share price over heated recently, so we let go shares in our hand to bring down the share price to a fairer level..

Personally the safer price to enter is still 0.105 (about the price when first listed)
