十赌九输。。。if the most successful investors like cold eye or warren buffett have taught you and keep reminding you...why not just follow their way.. We learn from TRUE and PROVEN sifu...not anybody...If you can become 无动于衷 on paper gain or loss, you are half way there.

My 12k "paper gain" today turns to "paper loss" for instacom..my 15k "paper gain" on cuscapi left 7k paper gain...Since tomorrow is not end of the world, why so worry...

Let me tell you the power of investing for long term:
Picking a good stock and staying with it is the key to making $$$$.

Looking back into history and taking Kossan Rubber as an example.
If you had bought Kossan 5 lots in 1999 at rm2 each. You total outlay would have been 10k
Now look at the chart below:
1999 Bonus 8:5 So have 13 lots
2003 bonus 1:5 = 13+2.6 = 15.6 lots
2005 Share split into 50 sen = 31.2 lots 1 lot = 1000 shares
2005 bonus 2:10 = 34.35 lots
2010 bonus 1:1 = 68.7 lots
2013 bonus 1:1 = 137.4 lots After 14 years you have 137.4
Today 12.11.2013 Kossan 3.30sen x 137.4 lots = RM453,420.00

PPuteh, perhaps my confidence comes from what i read and my experience in business world. Not 100% right. I always believe:
1) No gut, No glory (of course nobody ask you "sai lan", but buy at stages and fix sum)
2) Put it in business language, buying shares from stock market is merely a "business decision".. good or bad investment decision, time will tell.
3) Stock market is not casino which is straight forward and result to know within MINUTES or SECONDS. You just got to hold for it..make decision based on company performance and announcement, rather than rumors or guess or speculation (plenty of it in i3, at least this is what i feel)
4) Uncle cold eye theory: you plant palm oil also need 3 - 5 years to see the fruit. Build house also need 3 years..why cant wait 3 years for one counter.
5) Simple question: Will you chop down your new grown tree when it grow for only one month just because some rumour says the seed you planted is not good...Even worst situation, when 1 tree is sick, will you chop down the whole plantation that grown for 3 years ?
6) The more you read the "rumous and guess", you tend to scare and make wrong decision..
7) We are just minority share holders, let the people in the company do their work.
8) Sometime you just got to be logic and be sense in business world..or else, how to make proper judgement and make money leh?

My movie script: Once upon a time, there are 3 group of people. This 4th group will always remember of 十赌九输。。therefore they never try bet big or bet small...they love to see people bet big and bet small.....in their mind, they have set a target of how much money they want take from 1st group and 2nd group...so long as the casino is profitable...they will buy as much ticket as possible..

Contra players be careful, looks like same tactic...the fund disposal price is at 0.135..

Personally i think Asia bio higher risk..as many foreign fund is inside.

i3 is the biggest idea and information pool...listen all, but believe 50%..the other 50% got to come from yourself. One sure thing, if we practice averaging on potential stock, we will not lose. For good stock, every non sensible pull back is a buying opportunity...

Yesterday notice one traded at > 110% premium due to GST news i guess..Mpay & Warrant...mother 0.115, son 0.045...exercise price RM 0.20...The warrant deep out of money, some more so high premium, check company financial not good...still people buy...eventhough long expiry date, but wonder they do math or not before buy...really worry for them.

Sorry, today already traded with some premium.

perhaps still got chance.strictly on this perspective, granflo's warrant currently trading at zero premium...not recommend, but i think worth to look at..Iris -wb also pretty bargain

When the warrant exercise price > mother price = no intrinsic value = out-of-money..means less advantage. In another word, time value now is 0.175 for this warrant (0.33-0.3+0.155...For a growth stock (if confirmed), this can be no issue..otherwise big problem. Do your own calculation before buy,...just 2 cents

If some sifu here are right, then price will down tomorrow...if other sifus are right, then price will up...endless IF...perhaps making guess on price movement is somewhat too norm and insensible in share market..agreed?..My friend bought me ginseng last week from korea because she made 15k when warrants shoot from 0.11 to 0.16..then she bought another 500 lots at 0.18...today price down...the question she ask is: when can buy more?

Anyone who follow news closely, will know that there are way too many factors can influence the price movement: tapering ...government debt....usa to shut down (maybe) in february...Feb Yelle's appointment...foreign fund leaving bursa...etc etc,,,, Dont be so sensitive to price change, unless you want get heart attack like my friend. ..Look for long term...keep ticket, not keep the price..price drop mah buy more ticket...price up mah buy less ticket lo...so long is good company...no harm buy more ticket..Invest like EPF or fund manager way...you wont go wrong..

Dont think Ngu dispose his share & Anne dispose her warrant will cause KLCI drop 10 points and 400 ++ counter price drop...Sigh,,.

Director Chia before empty all his share prior to the bonus issue which today he will make millions & millions if he not dispose the share...thing just too bad and this is corporate world...
