sell, land bank 175000 acres, one year sell 2500 acres, 70 years, down to zero, but heard they are buying back cheap land at indonesia by thousands acres with the money from selling the expsive land. the 5 sen dividen is only small portion of land sale profit, so after 150 years, still have land to sell. no worry this company 100 times better than FGV.

We only worry if they sell land but do not pay dividen. Still big land bank, keep selling please. At this rate of selling, it will take 50'years to sell half his land. Hahaha

After selling this piece of land, still having 173000 acres to sell, wow, huge huge money as most land are close to developing area. Expecting another big dividend, Calvin, you are right, BPLANT ...Bank plant..CPO is heading RM3,000.00. It will hit RM6,000.00 in 2018..all share holder..cheer.

angielim 9955 fyi i made a loss of > 200k in Benalec, after cut lost, luckily i used the money invested at MBSB during the right issue and the access right to make back all the losses, we should not stay long at a bad counter to sustain more losses, sell and shift to some other potential, leave the rubbish to people who fall in love and die hard. my little advice.

To get many contracts with little margine and get one good contract with huge margine is two different story. A business man prefer the last one. Not the first one. Vivocom secure many contracts, mismanagement may just lead to bankruptcy, if you are in construction line, you will understand..Good and experiance company like WCT, You see how they manage their local and oversea project. please stop be happy keep saying Thay secured billion billion contracts. Can you handle or not.????

To be a winner, one must carry the characteristic of 1. able to choose a good counter with good foundemental, 2. patient to wait for cheap sale, 3. strong capital in hand to buy volume, 4. prepare to cut lost at a set amount if thing does not work out your way. 5. let profit run till uptrend about to end. sharing with you, i am a gainer in Bursa.

for once, i trust you professor, i cut lost at a lost of RM20,000.00, but fast enough to buy Jtiasa and hevea, now, i atmost made back the lost. changing from a down trend (no hope) to a up trend ( with good potential counter) changed the situation. investor should learn the trading psychology of dealing with loss aversion. accepting loss in trading is an art, a courage , an importance skill. selling early at a small loss will prevent more losses, you can buy back when the down trend is hitting real bottom. Technical analysis chart show all red for vivocom, sell and allow it to fall further to buy back, my humble advice. I aim to buy back at 10 sen. may be slightly low but nvm, buy low sell high from early event of sell high buy back low is two time gain. your advice please, Mr professor.

I sold off hektar as I feel 1.66 is the peak, it will comeback to 1.50 level in dec when parkson close down. Moviing to Mqreit, better yield and great potential as most premises are 100 % rented out.

either Reit or any property counter are not safe at this moment as most property companies are facing sale problem, if the predicted crash come in , most company even reit will fall like durian, may be it may even fall below 2010 level as seen in KC appendix table 1 and 2, my advice is sell out all reit and property counter when your profit hit your target, temperory keep in short term FD and pray a big crash for you to reinvest. selling before a big fall is better than looking for a small up side gain. i bought reit in 2009 and bought more on 2010, today my targeted profit and dividen returned for six years with capital gain added up by seven figure, may be time to run after reading this article. thank KC for your advice, you got a good point.
