when will resume trading?

some people resign may not tell the real reasons behind. If one day I resign from a company by getting another job, I will not tell the real reason. I may just say, lazy to work or further study or even accuse my boss not good or management is bad or customer is ridiculous or can also be auditor crazy and etc.
never trust any reason, just take it. Because the real reason only the person knows.

Ataims LD tomorrow is 75% likely to happen. If LD, might rebound as many may catch the falling knife tomorrow.
Today SKPRES and VS may have trapped many retailers too. This is a zero sum game.

I don't hope this happen to VS be it leader of EMS or not.
I hope this is not happen to Malaysia's company again.
But bear in mind, don't always think leader cannot fall down. Always be caution.

a smart EMS founder should take ATAIMS as a mirror.
in fact, not only EMS but all companies also, need to take serious care of labor issue.
ATAIMS not learn from topglov and supermx.

I sort of agree with HosehLim.
Reasons are simple:
1. EMS no in-depth technical and no technical knowhow. The risk of "replaceable" is high.
2. Customer main objective is making profit. Sure will look for alternative is not happy with the profit margin.
3. EMS profit margin is very low. Invest money doesn't mean will be able to increase profit margin. If customer not happy, can just terminate.
4. Today may be "labor abuse", tomorrow may be something else. To terminate, sure will have "reasons".

So EMS companies must be aggressive to look for more customer to diversify and improve the gross margin, else the risk like today's ATAIMS may happen to anyone of them in future.

if wrongdoing confirmed on any company, SC should take legal action against company's director, CEO and CFO. Serious penalty such as jail instead of fine only millions. If a fraud company or insider trading found, they could have made over billions, so millions of fine just a piece of
"Nose feces" to them.
Our money also work die hard to get it. If invest or trade failed, then okay, accept it. But due to fraud of insider trading, then where is the justice and protection against us?

Bursa action is reasonable. All public listed companies should be transparent, no hiding something. We are stakeholders, we have the right to know detail after dragging for so long time.
I support Bursa. If one company can do like this by it's own way, then other companies will follow.

as trader or investor, we shouldn't scold those bosses unless they are manipulating share price or fraud. If we think this is not suitable to invest or trade, then just leave.
trade or investment is not a guaranteed profit, unless money game. In money game, your profit will increase significantly in daily basis. If you want to have significant profit daily, then should give a try on money game.
as trader or investors, it's simple for us, just sell of the shares and leave. But company owner, they cannot just leave like that, because it's social responsibility to stakeholders and their workers.
sometimes, many things are beyond mankind ability, just like the pandemic.
so, if we are not a boss, we shouldn't scold those bosses because we are not qualified and not in the position to see what they saw, feel what they felt. Be tolerate, be reasonable.
