in such huge corp like SKPetrol, beside the debt they disclosed to you, there is also something called off balance sheet financing, means those are hidden from you.

as it is only natural for them to think they are invinsible due to backing of Petronas and govt.

their debt would be few X of what u see in the book.

since they never dream that oil would crash below 100. and stay below for indefinate years, the balance sheet is as good as dead and no longer going concern. if not of all the creative accounting and support of govt buying the shares, it would have been at 1 cent if this is in wallstreeet.

they going to announce a takeover offer soon and research house also give it a buy call with a tp of 0.91 above. their factory in overseas will be ready by end june and theres already contracts in the pipeline
