Prospects:
Our Board od Directors is optimistic of our Group's prospects after having considered, amongst others, our future plans as follows:
(1) Expansion of our pawnbroking business.
Our Group's is committed to continue growing our pawnbroking business as we foresee that there will be continuing and increasing demand for pawn loans,especially amongst the unbanked and underbank population in Malaysia.
As part of our expansion plan we had on 14 November 2023 completed the Acquisition which in turn had resulted in our Group operating 2 additional pawnshops in the Klang Valley. As at date of this report, our Group has a network 24 pawnshops in Malaysia comprising 21 pawnshops in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor,2 pawnshops in Negeri Seremban and 1 pawnshop in Pahang.
Notwithstanding the Acquisition, our Company intend to open and/or acquired more new " Pajaking" pawnshops in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Pahang in 2024 using part of the proceeds raised from our IPO that were allocated to fund the expansion of our pawnshops. Our continuous efforts to increase number of pawnshops we operate would in turn enable us to grow our pawnbroking business and market visibility substantially.
In addition, we have also allocated RM30 million of the proceeds raised from our IPOto fund the additional cash capital of our pawnbroking business. The increase in cash capital would in turn enable our "Pajaking" pawnshops to disburse more pawn loans to our pawnbroking customers and thereby,enabling us to earn more interest income from the pawn loans disbursed.
(2) Increase market visibility of our gold and luxury products retail and trading business.
We recognise the importance of digital marketing in the current business environment and are increasing our efforts in online advertising and promotions in order to enhance the digital presence of our gold products retail business.As part of this strategy, we intend to,amongst others invest more in sponsored advertisement in order to further advertise our gold products retail business as well as to recruit additional online sales teams in order to grow tge digital retail sales of our gold products.

Prospects:
The Group is looking forward to the completion of its mixed development project,Bloonsvale@old Klang Road,which is set to for completion in FY2024.The upcoming hotel,retail mall,and office suites hold great potential to further enrich recurring earnings and enhance our overall performance.
In the financial year 2024,the Group expects to launch its newest projects in Sentul,KL,with an estimated Cost Development Value of RM220 million.In the meantime,the Group continues to pursue new strategic land banks to ensure a continuous pipeline of future development projects.
Despite challenger,the futures prospects for the property segments remain optismistic,As we progress,we shall remain vigilant in monitoring the property market demand prior to launching futures prospects,ensuring the delivery of value to our stakeholders
