I have been on this thread since just prior to the acceptance of qualifying asset in Kaz...but I have not heard any meaning discussions on the investabilty or non-investabiltiy of Reach... All I see daily is mostly ....OH how I wannna put it into words..!

Price of Reach would most likely stay range bound between .50 to .59 until oil price can show stability at around Usd80 to usd85 and Reach can show production inching to 4000 bpd...stay vigilant..

I have been following Reach since about a month before the vote to do the Emir Acquisition..In those days Warrant went down to 0.04 to 0.05 cts RM.. When the vote to go ahead to acquire was won, the W whent up to 0.16.This is just a bit of historical facts......Fast forward to Sept 2018...one year and a half after taking full control as a 60% owner..Physical Production of oil as at June 1st 2018 is 3200 bpd... I have no idea what is the current production is as at 1st sept 2018...I can only surmise (guess) that the production as at 10 Sept 2018 is around 3500 to 3600 bpd..What i see is that every quarter, they are commited to increase oil flow thru by 200 to 400 bpd..therefore by end Dec 2018 production of oil flow should be around 3800 to 4000 bpd and with the contribution of North Kariman's output ( which by the way is touted at 1000bpd: which I believe will be achieve by march 2019). Adding up the sum will give,by then, will be around 4800 to 5000 bpd..
Post that, Reach will need CAPEX to support that kind of flow and for future flows. remember the media statement on 9 sept 2018, that Reach will need to raise Usd50M? that will MOST likely be raised thru bank debt..the first real bank borrowing. This amt will most likely be utilised to support oil flows above 5000 bpd but short of the CP and oil flows of 10k-12k by end 2019. To me the rest of the corporate debts will be dealt with when oil flow reach 5000 bpd, at which time the Right will be implemented to pay the corporate shareholders. At 5000 bpd , the revenue to Reach is as below:
5000bpd x 90Days x USD75 x 4.1 x 0.6 =RM84M per quarter of Revenue or a minimum of Rm336M per year..Just do the math as to costs and you will arrive at nett profit.At this point at PE of 10 should equate to Market price of Rm1.15( My fingers are crossing!!)
I believe RR will be price at 0.60 to 0.70 for abt 300M additional shares, thereby dilution it by 30%, but not before the undiluted shares will cross Rm1.00

All these are premise that oil prices stay as it is or elevated and Reach can achieved the production targets as set out...

Caveat: The future is unpredictable!!! Stay invested or put into FD??? Individual call

Guys, Reach will at least Double from 0.28 to 0.56-0.60..Buy or not ..your choice..Oil price (Brent) at this level..I have no doubt the company can raise a least RM380M ..either thru a combination of Rights and Private Placements...Rights or Placements at the very least 0.60 or 0.59 ...your choice..and Good luck!!!
