Having said that the upside is now limited to 0.505 (as evidence by the tansactions of today)but the down-side is totally unpredictable subject to a floor of 0.24 to 0.36 on the high side...These figures are derived fundamental from the QR which shows a 66% below forecast($69M for full year/$35M for half year report).As it stands the compnay only managed $11+M for half year result.If you just ignore the new purchase,which they are asking 40 Cents for share to acquired,the present value of SUMATEC with only Raku oil filed is about 24cent on the low side to a high side of 36cents.....Happy Investing!!!The figures quoted are in the public domion,just put some effort to research them!!!again Happy Investing!!!!

Guys n girls: At this juncture , the best option for us is to stay at the sideline...whether u r in the money or not is not relevant at this point if you are still long on the positions..My call is to liquidate your present holdings(hopefully not in excess of millions of shares) at the present price(.47-.48) and hold your cash n stay at the sideline.The idea is to watch the short term(30-60days) development....You ,being a player/investor will be able to see more clearly after awhile..If the price is cheaper,fine and dandy...if the price is higher, no loss in every aspects(just less amount of shares for the same sum of money when you cashed out). In this way,you are not expose to the vagueries of the price fluctuation....Make less/loss more will have been smoothen out..Take my word for it....Happy Trading..

Sumatec is NOT favorable for trader...yes traders may take some profit like a couple of cents....good for them..If you are a suma investors,stay after the right Issue and continue to hold until$1.2 to $1.50 by July 2015...

calculation shows that SUMATEC may need to issue Rights at around 0.45 to 0.50.to the tune of
800M - 117m = 683M which will comprise 50% right's issue n new iissues..This simple calculations will mean that the RI is at ratio o 1:3 tops at 1 for 4

Noraini: Definitely concur with your perceptions of is going on in terms of the price levels.Sumatec. It WIIL NOT go back to level 0.40 to 0.44 for the simple reason that too much resources have been expanded to get to where it is now(PP at 0.38 for the BIG BOYS AT 308Million shares)...MY perception is that,it has to go North from 0.47.How far is the trajectory before a minor zig-down?An educated guess(pieces of informations regarding the Acquicition of the Borneo Oil concession.Right issue to acquire the two asets is a for gone conclusion...Havin said that,,the nest logical thing to ask is,"What is the quamtum" I personnaly opinion is ;for the right will be : 1 for 3 OR 1 for 4......BY the way the rights will be prise at around 0.45 to 0.50
That shoud increase the paid up catipal to close to 5BILLION outstandin shares.

RI is a fore gone conclusion...The interesting issue is; what is the RI to fund the new ACQUISITION?The impart on the present share price is a fore-gone conclusion....I.E.Adjustment will take the price(of the offer) to the ratio of the current price. MY bet is very simple:

RI will be .45 to .50
1 share for every 4 or 5 held.
AS such, (leap of faith here!) SUMATEC will most likely trade around .55 to .70 when the RI is ANNOUNCED!!!!!!Most likely after exiting PN17 & by latest 1st week of September 2014!!!!

That will take the whole paid-up to (including the PP @308M) 4.6B shares ourstanding for Sumatec If they are successful ,After which ,I think there will be an amalgamation of the outstanding shares....maybe 4:1 or 3:1 to bring the total number of shares to arioud 1B sahres....
