I dont know how property market gonna affect vivocom since they are only contractor. but most contractor indirectly involved in some property purchase as part of their deal. with property market on stagnant side, that may post a bit of risk.. but the railway contract should offset it...

cash flow negative is an issue.. but if you have revenue and sealed contracts and this is less risky than AAX because AAX depends on overall passenger load.. whereas vivocom has FD from order books....
