How much do you worth ?

especially when the big players are not transparent .... other funders alr lose confident.....

Then all people believe him and queue to buy... And now the major shareholder quietly throw away...

So the good promise is avoid the price from dropping too much when the major shareholder is throwing...

Agm must have some good news.. someone's salary increase alr..Maybe good news for him.. for public.....? .. hopefully got some dividen....Haha.....

So, first wat they do.. the director throw to major shareholder... scare public know about it...

then from the major shareholder throw to public.. even people see, wat they can do?

Another possibility is that even the major shareholder alr no hope for this stock alr.. so he quietly throw to public...

Yaya, just scare that this people can suddenly transfer to one account from a few hundred accounts .. and then just declare privatize.. That is one of the possibility.

I also very agree with spider, how can major shareholder throw like that.. last time director throw to major shareholder.. now from shareholder throw to tong sampah alr.....Maybe that report can find in kawasan pelupusan sampah..

There are already a lot of cases like this.... headache....Normally if you check back history... those price keep there for long long time. . lastly privatize.....Wait for nothing....

If they keep bringing down the price....
And press it to 0.04 vs 0.045 for a long long time....
Then prepare they go for privatize....
At a price of 0.05.....
Is that possible ? No one can complain ? Since the price is higher than market price...

Right issue,(collect money for oil and gas)
Combination of a few lots into one lot,
Restructuring their future business, (take some years)

I wish all our small small investors can earn money and survive in this tidal stock market. . I wish my suggestions and explanations can help to better analyze a stock. .There are much more to learn, indeed is a never ending learning process.

So when u buy a stock, make sure dont fall into 2 mistakes ....


First, got big control of the stock upper and lower, must be manipulating, one day will tarik up.

Second, got big fish go in and some are swimming in the stock, must be up one day.

Indeed they are doing business, earn big money from the projects. And we are waiting, hoping to see people earn money and give some to us.

Again there comes with the fundamental mistake again. . We always think that this big fish that big buy so much. . there must be udang di sebalik batu, or people trying to keep. so we also follow.

And after complete the project, can get stock in stead of cash, then with the huge amount of stock in hand, can easily handle the price when release to market.

Indeed these are the people who directly or indirectly has some business with the company. . That is why they will keep some stocks. so when there is a project, they have more (face) to get those projects.

Now, how can these big fish hold the stock for so long ?

Then the episode is a big holder, invest a 50 million in a stock and keep it for 5 years. Is that a much much bigger lost? Imagine if he put in bank, dont even need to invest. How much is the interest for 5 years?

Try to think when there is a small holder, invest a RM50k in a stock and keep it for 5 years. Is that a lost ? Imagine how much he can earn in 5 years time...

Just imagine if you are so persistent in other potential stock, how far have you gone ......... ? Some of our teammates have gone 35 to 60 times from their previous stake.

There is still one year and a half year for you to play stock before next bubble, grab this opportunity, and see how far you can go.

After get some friends email me last night, i was shock to see our old team mates still holding this counter until today, i respect your patience, and your durability.

Just to remind - Are you based on your believe ?
- And your believe is based on a correct fundamental ?
( Got big fish will goreng bcoz up low queue high? )

Example,
stock side, --- no people interested in this stock
For stock purpose,-- need to pay contractor money
For stock problem,-- no cash to pay, give stock
For stock question,- contractor dont want, no one buy

Stock side, --- make people believe someone is going to goreng
Stock action, --Hihi, make huge guarding up high volume,low high volume
Wow, people come in buy, then the price queue shift up. look like go up
Then release to public

Our insight,--- got big fish goreng.
Our action, --- buy
Our patient,--- wait
Our continuity, ---- We believe what we believe.
Our mistake, ---We believe based on a wrong very basic fundamental
( Got big guarding at top and bottom price means got people goreng )

And some of us have been holding this counter for century. Keeping a dream, a believe, and trust to ourselves, since that day we saw hubline got people goreng.

Those who seriously want to goreng will not be so obvious, make big big movement before they goreng and ajak you to go in buy and earn money.

Sometimes you see huge transactions, or pull a bit, then huge transactions, mostly mean they pull a bit for big contractors to sell off the ticket to market. not they want to goreng.

Financial report, is to show the bank, Oh ya, for example, if the loan is given in 3 stages, after you get the first stage, you have to show good results to get the loan for the second stage and so on.

Their job is to make sure where the price is, if you want get loan from a bank, they will ask you. if you dont want pay your contractor cash, you give them stock, they sell to market.

But, under some consequences, they never want to goreng

A lot think that when a stock got big fish control the upper n lower price, they are going to goreng.
