As I mentioned few months ago, this Ekovest share price is really pressed down by syndicate at 46sen level.
This is because Ekovest share price have to be stay low so the Merger & Acquisition Proposal can be accepted by majority shareholders.
If they don't press down and let the share price go up above 60sen, then the whole Merger & Acquisition Plan will be failed, as no shareholder will willing to accept the proposed share price of RM0.60 if market price has exceed RM0.60.

Just be patient, everything will be paid off.
Of course I understand that market is very hot now, many investor stuck their fund at Ekovest, and seeing other counter fly up everyday, the opportunity cost is very high and very pain.

Once more question i asked him, for those customer take cash out from glove stock, did they planning to withdraw their money, or they will buy other stock.
The answer is" 100% of the customer has take the money to buy other stock, or keep in the trust waiting for next purchase, so far no customer request for withdraw.

Based on this point, I believe trading volume in Bursa will be continue to surge.

Based on my own research, I can call two of my remiser who has more than 300 customers on their hand. I asked them, "On 15th May 2024 that day, how many of your client buy glove stock, and how many sell glove stock"?

The answer is " 60% of their customer that stuck in Glove stock has choose to cut loss / cash out / take profit on 15th May, while balance of 40% still hold it, as these 40% have stuck at very high price, and these are non-active investor (after they get stuck in Year 2021, there is no much transaction since then).

Then I asked again how many customer purchase? They answered me "Very little only, less than 10 customer buy, and mostly is intraday trader, earn 3-5sen take profit d".

So my conclusion is, a big chump of the stock have change hand from weak retailer to strong institution player on 15th May.

If coming few days price do not have significant drop, then most likely this will be the starting point for Glove stock bull run.

For Ekovest investor, please ignore the share price.
Focus on the Market Capital of RM1,300mil ++.
This is too cheap, really really too cheap for a company that owning few highway and RTS project.

99 sen is the All Time High for this counter.
Once break RM1.00, there will be no return in the future.

@Sslee, Insas is a holding company, while PPHB is not a holding company.
Dato Sri TKK use Insas as a tools to control all his listed company (i.e. Inari).
He has no intention to let the Insas share price to go up, he will continue to keep the share price low, until one day all the minority shareholder leave it, then he will privatize it.
This is quite similar to last time BJcorp hold BJtoto, BJauto, BJfood, all the company share price has go up few folds, but BJcorp share price is still very low.
Other similar case like Goldish hold Midvalley, that time Midvalley share price every year up, but Goldish share price is maintain no move.

Ekovest Market Cap should be at least RM4billion

Why always look down on Ekovest?
For me, Ekovest have DUKE and SPE Highway, this will provide him stable recurring income.
Just need to wait for 1 more year, this DUKE highway will be listed, by that time, Ekovest can easily pair down all its debts, with an one off gain.
Beside that, it also has the RTS project. This is a very important project for Malaysia & Singapore, and we are very proud that Ekovest is the main contractor for this project. Once the project is completed, and together with the 4 parcel land near the RTS newly purchased by Ekovest, I think Ekovest is position well for the booming of Johor.

Share price is 81sen, NTA is RM1.76.
Many land price has not revaluate.. After revaluate maybe RM2.50.

I try to predict another way.
Monday will be gap up, as now both parties is trying to acquire more share in order control the company.
Foresee it will increase above 90 cents.

From Peak USD 950 to current price USD760.
NVDIA share price has dropped USD190.
Based on Hexza holdings of 20,000 NVDIA share, Hexza has its unrealised gain shrinking by USD190 x 20000 x RM4.80 = RM18.2Mil.

I already mentioned on two weeks ago, at that time Hexza still have opportunity to dispose it NVDIA share at around USD880 - USD910 level. And NVIDIA is very liquidate counter, company can easily dispose its 20,000 within few minute.
Hope fully company has already disposed it at peak level, just yet to make announcement to Bursa.

Based on US Friday (19 Apr 2024) closing price, NVIDIA is at USD762.

So take USD762 - USD238 = USD524.

Then USD524 x RM4.80 = RM2,515

RM2,515 / 650 = RM3.86

So Monday opening price should be around RM3.70 - USD4.00.

ENOVIX share price has dropped from its peak USD21.00 (Jul'23) to USD6.20 (Apr'24).
As an outsider, this really make me feel worry whether this battery company is going to success or failed.
