SWSCAP last time is a takeover target of Eddie Ong.
But after the BOD reject Eddie Ong proposal, Eddie Ong has quit and sold his share to MBL.
Now MBL is largest shareholder.
Everybody is waiting MBL's next step.

MBL, once of the most undervalue counter.
100% return is not a dream.

Up down up down is washing stage.
Once the timing is ready, it will be the time to fly.
RM1.00 is not a dream.

RM3.00 should not be a problem.

This SWSCAP will be a Black Horse.
The price is too cheap compare to its business value.

Suprising, this YLI become one of my biggest return (in percentage) with shortest holding period.

Cabnet just need 1 big contract announcement, then it will be limit up.
Hope the company can secured 1 big project, especially Data Centre Project.

PPHB is a undervalue GEM.
When the timing come, It will shine like a Diamond.
TP 1 = RM0.70 (Achieved on 10th Jan 2023)
TP 2 = RM0.90 (Achieved on 10th May 2024)
TP 3 = RM1.20 (Hopefully can be achieved within Year 2024)

57.50 sen is 4 years All Time High.
More to come... As this counter NTA is RM1.37, cash in hand is RM46 mil (equivalent to RM0.45 per share).
Current Market Value only RM59mil (based on share price RM0.575)

This counter at least worth RM0.95sen, based on 30% discount from its NTA.

I feel something wrong with the QR.
Look at the cash flow statement. Operating cash flow so little.
Cash balance reduce so much.
Revenue drop.
But Net Income Increase so much, and this doesn't make sense at all.
Just compare it to LPI and ALLIANZ, you will see this figure does make sense

Ekovest Market Cap should be at least RM4billion

Why always look down on Ekovest?
For me, Ekovest have DUKE and SPE Highway, this will provide him stable recurring income.
Just need to wait for 1 more year, this DUKE highway will be listed, by that time, Ekovest can easily pair down all its debts, with an one off gain.
Beside that, it also has the RTS project. This is a very important project for Malaysia & Singapore, and we are very proud that Ekovest is the main contractor for this project. Once the project is completed, and together with the 4 parcel land near the RTS newly purchased by Ekovest, I think Ekovest is position well for the booming of Johor.

Share price is 81sen, NTA is RM1.76.
Many land price has not revaluate.. After revaluate maybe RM2.50.
If you are Tan Bee Geok, you want to sell at 81sen?

I try to predict another way.
Monday will be gap up, as now both parties is trying to acquire more share in order control the company.
Foresee it will increase above 90 cents.

From Peak USD 950 to current price USD760.
NVDIA share price has dropped USD190.
Based on Hexza holdings of 20,000 NVDIA share, Hexza has its unrealised gain shrinking by USD190 x 20000 x RM4.80 = RM18.2Mil.

I already mentioned on two weeks ago, at that time Hexza still have opportunity to dispose it NVDIA share at around USD880 - USD910 level. And NVIDIA is very liquidate counter, company can easily dispose its 20,000 within few minute.
Hope fully company has already disposed it at peak level, just yet to make announcement to Bursa.

Based on US Friday (19 Apr 2024) closing price, NVIDIA is at USD762.

So take USD762 - USD238 = USD524.

Then USD524 x RM4.80 = RM2,515

RM2,515 / 650 = RM3.86

So Monday opening price should be around RM3.70 - USD4.00.

ENOVIX share price has dropped from its peak USD21.00 (Jul'23) to USD6.20 (Apr'24).
As an outsider, this really make me feel worry whether this battery company is going to success or failed.
Anyone here that have more information about ENOVIX or YBS can share here?

I am not good at Technical Analysis, so I am not sure whether it will go down to 25sen.
But I am a fundamental guy.. I see value in TDM, and its value compare to its share price now, TDM is a very good buy. As a fundamental guy, I notice that for the past 3 months, more n more hidden gem with good fundamental have been buy up, and their share price never come down after go up.
With less and lesser good fundamental stock with low share price, I believe TDM will be in the radar for many investor, and its share price should be continue to go up.

Court case settled. Win win situation.

The buyer agreed to let MBL forfeited RM10mil deposit, and MBL shall payback the balance of RM13.9mil to the buyer.

If assumed this disposal was not recognized before, so now this RM10mil forfeited will be recognized as "other income / one-off gain" in the next QR.

The Board of Directors of MBL wishes to announce that both Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into a Settlement Agreement on 8 April 2024 to reach a full and final settlement of the Civil Suit between parties and the Share Sale Agreement dated 1 April 2021 between parties subject to the recording of a Consent Order/Judgment before the High Court, whereby RM13,900,000.00 is to be refunded to the Plaintiff and the balance of RM10,000,000.00 is to be retained by the Defendant as liquidated assessed damages, wherein the full terms and conditions are contained in the Settlement Agreement.
