Between Serbak and Airasia, where both are bankrupt, the Airasia story is much more credible and post recovery from covid19 will be strong. There are transparency in Airasia and lots of crap stories in Serbak.

Come on guys, as long as there are free trade, China will not collapse. At RM4.20 to USD1, the economy is battered but continue to expand. So China with a much larger population will still strive forward with the distinct advantages of renewable energy industry and EV technology and vehicles over other countries. Japan was once a great industrial nation producing cars and electronic items and remained rich even after the collapse of their housing or property market.

Options available, wind up or restructure by issuing more shares. Looks like the drama would be dragged for another year, with the legal cases pending. But shareholders and creditors will have to rest Chef and the management team however indispensable they are to the going concern of the company because they lied and took unlawful action detrimental to stakeholders interests.

Profit variance of 124%, if not fake accounting then what is it? Distress accounting or distress directors and management due to SC criminal charges? Plus SC charges on top management officials for creating fake invoices conclusive that this is more than creative accounting.

This is not an Audited Report but Annual Report where no audit opinion is given.

It spells out very clearly that directors are responsible for the preparation of annual report..

NTA of unreliable Serbak post audited accounts is 76 sen on 30/06/2021. Since then there were bonds default and the company cannot fully pay interest. What is the adjusted NTA by 31/12/2021? Will the bondholders go for creditors winding up?

By 2/12/2021 Chef got no more shares in Serbak, preparing to resign?

In short, what the external auditor is implying to shareholders, "thank you for the appointment as auditors, however after having conducted the audit and in view of so many current and past issues outstanding, they are court cases, SIR, bond defaults, lack of documentary evidence and also being in the circumstances of appointed late as auditors, Nexia have no or can't form an opinion on the accounts between so and so period.

In other words, the account is not reliable for anyone to make any investment decision.

Yeah if you believe in Bolehland laws one for muslim and another for non Muslims? Or rather if you have enough money to pay and avoid jail terms?

Survey show only 2 to 3 percent of people make money in stock market. This minority are those who explore apportunity in counter that majority and media loss hope or paint a bad image on it. Following the crowd is not the way for real investor. We need to do fact finding first before deciding our action and not base on rumors or the crowd.

Only for their staff, morale is low and staff all leaving, maybe only ball carriers and unproductive ones still left behind
