Impossible to run the company as usual when you don't have working capital vis a vis can't pay the bondholders? Furthermore, customers will not wait for you to carry on the contract of supply if you are unable to deliver within the timeframe required.

Hi, I think everyone deserves to see the amendments made towards the announcement regarding the disposal of shares by two substantial shareholders. Both are disposal of shares via direct business transaction, rather than force selling. It seems that both shareholders owe the company certain amount of money?

Court between (Bursa against SD) decision be made on 7 February 2022, it is believed that court decision will favour to Bursa, and will be announced on 8 February 2022. But the court decision (SD against Bursa) will be on 10 February. And it will be announced on 11 February. So, it is believed that 9 February can resume trading, then shorties will try their last resort to press the price further. That's the time good for collections

Wow, the owner will let it fall like a piercing knife before slowly collecting. Probably owner shares not tied to banks as collateral. If not will recover soon to support this counter.

Don't be so sure Bursa will lift the suspension. The court battle could be endless and a high possibility of liquidation by bondholders earlier.

If not mistaken this counter has still momentum downwards before it moves sideways. The faster its fundamental value is easily discernable the better.
