Antz....if that is the case then obviously Gideon Tan and TPY will have a birthday party because he would have grounds to lodge criminal complaint against Protasco and it lawyer for presenting false evidence and filing contempt of court based on false evidence which evident the existence of male fides or bad faith and they could counter sue....it would be a slam dunk case...but they didn't, which means the witness tempering did occurred and there is a huge hole somewhere in TPY and OKA's case/defense/suit.

@86, it is a data which only be revealed at the court, and believe me, once it is submitted, nexgram is toast.

TPY and his cohorts will not allowed nexgram to be taken because all of his "tricky business" are linked or connected to nexgram. For example, PT Goldchild Integritas Abadi is a subsidiary of nexgram. If nexgram is owned by someone else, the new owner may find document which may incriminate TPY and others.

Gideon Tan is one of the best litigation lawyer in Malaysia, and so far his strategy successfully creates a havoc in Protasco (the two EGMs). I don't see the problem lays with Gideon, it must be with TPY and OKA's case. We should add, even three of nexgram's directors also resigned following Protasco filed the first lawsuit.

Messrs Gideon Tan Razali Zaini would like to clarify that the discharge application has been filed and the reason for our discharge is not because of the contempt proceedings but because Mr. Tey Por Yee and Mr. Ooi Kock Aun have engaged other solicitors and/or third parties to advise them on this matter without our knowledge and acted on their advice which are inconsistent and/or are in conflict with our advice.

The unraveling of Tey Por Yee. Even his lawyer is jumping ship.

One day to go before Protasco’s EGM and the Tey Por Yee empire is crumbling.

Word is his lawyer Gideon Tan has applied to discharge himself from the law suits with Protasco. This after Protasco got leave to initiate contempt charges against Tey and his lawyer Gideon for allegedly interfering with a witness.

Also word is Bill Chng’s Malaysia Pacific Corp Bhd is also thinking of ditching Tey Por Yee.

This to avoid the problems Protasco has found itself in.

So everyone is now running away from Tey Por Yee.
