This is the proof that Protasco's second lawsuit is not just lawful but also substantiated by facts. PT Goldchild Integritas Abadi (the Defendant) indeed is a subsidiary of nexgram where Ooi and Tey are the directors and shareholders.

@marina, shares goes up and down but in the long run nexgram will never survived. For example, in this link it is shown that PT Goldchild Integritas Indonesia is a subsidiary of nexgram which means it is proven beyond doubt that Kingdom Seekers lawsuits is a vexatious proceeding and Protasco's second lawsuit has its merits that Tey and Ooi as the shareholders and directors of nexgram and protasco have interest in the transaction between Protasco and Goldchild.
