IB market makers also play themselves to make money. They control these warrants initially until they sold off most of it.

Since H5 they allow to get pushed so high means Monday will go up even more if market down. MM makes more money when the price go higher so doesnt matter to them you see. As long as one person keeps buying they will let it go up and not sell down. Their goal is only to provide liquidity if no buyer or seller. But since these warrants are so active MM sometimes dont even need to play a role. But only Macquarie ones they have active roles. CIMB one usually can goreng like hell as long as got demand. lol
