I think and just my own thought only.
Property share still will performing because of last 2-3 years speculating effect. In 2017, you will see property counters' profit may gradually reducing, mainly the property heat has start reducing in 2015. In 2018 onward, property sector will face huge challenging at least until 2020.

simon, the QR date may not be true sometimes. Like last QR, it was about 2 weeks earlier than preset date.
