nta = RM 3.51 and price now only RM0.73 ..a company that never lose money since 2002...so nta increases evey year...
and their cummulative net profit for latest 2 quarters is 5.11 cents...got another 2 quarters to increase more it's nta...isn't this a gem?

STATEMENTS OF PW CONSOLIDATED BHD (“PW”) FOR THE
FINANCIALYEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2012
1. INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to Chapter 9, Part J, Paragraph 9.19(46) and Part H of the Appendix 9A of
the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of PW (“Board”)
wishes to announce that he Board had approved the incorporation of the revaluation
surplus of RM89.8 million in the consolidated financial statements of PW for the
financial year ended 31st December 2012.
2. PURPOSE OF REVALUATION
The valuation is carried out in accordance with PW’s valuation’s policy.
3. REVALUATION SURPLUS, NAME OF VALUER, DATE OF VALUATION
AND VALUE PLACED ON THE ASSETS BY VALUER
Please refer to Appendix A & B as attached.
4. EFFECT OF THE REVALUATION SUPLUS ON THE NET ASSETS PER
SHARE
The revaluation surplus of RM89.8 million will increase the net assets per share by
RM1.44 for the financial year ended 31st December 2012.
5. DOCUMENTS FOR INSPECTION
The valuation reports are available for inspection at the registered office of PW at
Suite 12A, Level 12, Menara Northam, No. 55, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, 10050
Penang, during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public
holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.

Prospects
The Malaysian economy is forecasted to grow by 5-6% per annum as robust domestic consumption
and increased private investment continuing from financial year 2012 provide the necessary catalyst. In
general, consumer sentiment is expected to be on the bright side as the latest consumption indicators
are trending in the positive territory. In view of the cyclic nature of the imbalance in demand and supply
of broilers, we believe the market price of broiler could improve when producers adjust to oversupply
situation. On the prices of raw material, mainly corn and soya which make up a major portion of our cost,
barring anomaly in weather condition, we expect the prices to soften towards the end of the year due to
rebounds in output.
The first phase of our layer project which forms part of a RM38 million investment has been completed and
is expected to contribute to the Group’s earnings in the financial year 2013. This marks our first venture
into layer farming and is set to open up a new frontier for us that will add variability to our product group
and improve the stability of the Group’s earnings.
Corporate Development
The Group carried out a revaluation exercise on all its lands and farm developments at the end of the
financial year 2012 to reflect the assets’ fair value.
During the year the Group transfered all the business, fixed assets and inventory of all breeder business
in PW Breeder Farm (Taiping) Sdn Bhd and PW Nutrifarm Corporation Sdn Bhd to PW Nutri Breeder Farm
Sdn Bhd in an exercise to streamline the Group’s poultry and breeder segment.
Also during the year, the paid up share capital in PW Nutri Breeder Farm Sdn Bhd and PW Nutri Eggs
Sdn Bhd were increased to RM10 million and RM10 million from RM1.99 million and RM2 respectively.
The consolidation of the breeder businesses and increase in capital will provide the necessary impetus for
future growth and expansion for the breeder and layer segment.

PW consd is a company with 136acres land in Penang. kedah have around 45 acres. Perak also have alot of lands. Melaka have lands too.

don't worry...if it fall catch 1st before that guy...i believe it is the proxi fo the company that is now doing that...because the company has announced to execute share buy back...and that 80 cents man is to low...when people starting to notice PW nta of RM 3.51 ...ini sudah lebih 1 dollar usa..haha...the company will even make share buy back at RM 3.00
