If you research and look at the timelines re SKIN termination and MS contract discontinuation, you will notice SKIN official termination was on 22 Jan 2019 and MS discontinuation will be effective 31 Jan 2021. Also check date Presbhd commenced legal proceedings against the GOM. Think a bit about this...

The ori document I have states prospects/guidance. I said Presbhd told me to delete that part (in addition to certain SKIN-termination details) and then I can release the doc to the public (which I have via PMs here and other channels)

Their ori doc stated 12-24 months prospect (since Mar 2020 date of the doc) with certain client names mentioned. Those names are good, trust me (all foreign PLCs). I cannot reveal those names (I wish I can but Presbhd said no) but they are involved in cloud and open source biz

Imho I don’t think Govt rejected MS. It’s a tactic used by the Govt against Presbhd. Perhaps the Govt told MS “Your contract with Presbhd cannot continue coz they are suing us”

So maybe MS told Presbhd contract is discontinued. Presbhd has a duty to inform shareholders and so they made announcement. But Bursa was being responsible and halted trading in Presbhd until after 3.30pm in order for market to digest rather than let trading continue and a big share price crash throughout the day

I think it’s a tactic by the Govt. Maybe there will be an out of court settlement (which will be much less than RM733M) and then Govt is satisfied and lets MS to continue biz with Presbhd. Just my thoughts

Yes, Presbhd told me to also remove the outlook/guidance/forward-looking parts and just stick to facts. But I have the original doc :) Main unexpected hit is, of coz, the MS discontinuation but Presbhd is negotiating with MS

Yes, what I meant is that EDs earn a salary. So they are ok earning a salary, right? Study their shareholding percentage tho. Look at major shareholders whether holding, buying or selling

Doesn’t matter whether their core business has always been tech, property, sewerage etc etc. It always comes down to their networking and relationships. Look at Kanger; Chinese owners, bamboo real estate in China (they basically own no substantial real estate in MY) and went into Covid biz... why? :)

Profit taking by company directors is very very common. Main thing to consider are those directors shareholding percentages and whether they are *Executive* Directors. I am never concerned if/when director with small shareholding percentage sell. It’s profit taking, they don’t care much since they hold very little influence. Probably can say the same about retailers like many here haha

Contra players already sold very late on Mon after Mon spike. Since then the support is there. I very seldom contra (except for MMAG recently haha), I picked up Solution quite a while back

If you read all news and official announcements, it may be safe to assume that when either/both Bintai and Solution get the vaccine from their principals they outsource logistics/distribution (I remember Solution specifically mentioned this in their most recent announcement... can’t really remember re Bintai). That may be when Dpharma and Pharma come in as partners to either/both Bintai and/or Solution. Just mho

menort, at first Govt stated Dpharma and Pharma will be appointed since they are GLCs. Then later Govt stated these 2 will not necessarily be the only ones, that others are being considered

Dpharma and Pharma have both made no concrete announcements whatsoever related to vaccine other than those that stated they have NOT been officially appointed

Both Bintai and Solution, however, have made announcements stating either MOUs signed as well as *agreements* signed with 2 vaccine contenders

We can, of course, make our own judgements. I do offer buy/sell suggestions, only facts

I had posted here before that Presbhd had given me an Investor Relations Presentation document back in March. I was tied to an NDA and therefore I can’t provide it here

Patience has its virtue. Day/contra players just playing, they take as much profit as possible before start paying loans again. Solution made one of the most important announcements ever - not just for its own company but for the nation - and day/contra traders don’t care, they just take day trading profits. Quite sad actually

I went out with profit at .57 on early 21/9 the same day as it went down to .53 . I just watched the trades the day before and decided it was best to exit. Good luck to all. I may go in again but depends on shareholders to agree to TS Lim’s proposal

Just watch T/O tmrw at 8.30-9am. Wait until 9.30am. Then make your move and continue to monitor. 11am onwards crucial. After lunch, also crucial. If got money, be patient. If not, take whatever profit. Never go for FOMO and NEVER EVER be greedy. No emotion, just take non-taxable capital gains :) Buy, sell, move on :)

Just watch the T/O at pre-market tmrw. A lot of late profit taking today. Just be steady and calm. But must be extra careful next Mon-Weds. Read news and announcements

It reached 0.935 (LU price) but LU not triggered coz many sellers that wanted to sell not cleared. Within seconds after 0.935 reached, it went down and down. That’s it. LU system not really automatic. When LU price very close, sell it below that price, that’s what I learned. No affection for most stocks (except a few), just trade

I done and dusted a chunk, profit. But will continue to watch

This counter almost gave me heart attack this morning. Bought last Fri big chunk, sold very early this morning, loss. Then bought even bigger chunk almost straight away after quick bounce back, sold before noon just under LU, profit. I will never again touch this. But will watch for fun haha

Didi7349, there was substantial price rejection on 7/8 and there actually was a big jump in volume on that day. Presbhd never hit gap up. However my main concern was the price rejection on that day

Anyway, let’s not worry about the past. Only thing that matters is the future. My ongoing project I’ve been working with them have hit a big wall due to MS issue and the big share price drop. I told Presbhd, they know and appreciate my work. I’m just hoping they secure new clients and projects...

Then came this bad news re MS announcement on Tues. Then today big sell off by funds on majority of counters (yes, funds, not retailers... volume sell off too big today, it’s not by folks like us here) influenced by sell off in Asia/Europe today

I look at it this way : Oil price up, Petronas up. Oil price down, Petronas down. Ultimately some companies are affected on external factors (some more than others) beyond their control. Well run companies will survive

Didi7349, it’s not that they can shrug it off. It’s a hit to them, no doubt about it. It’s just that life goes on and they will continue to secure new businesses as well as improve the existing contracts they have in hand

That said the MS contract has not ended abruptly; it’s still on until 31 Jan next year. They’re still negotiating with MS

I have spoken to Presbhd. I asked them what they gonna do. Their reply :

“Sell other product. Many other choices. But will take some time to create same volume.”

I assume nobody here cares about anybody here
