Contribution from property is sustainable because of CC21 . With this newly acquired contract, contribution from construction for the coming 2 years is also not a problem
If you are a pragmatic value investor, do you bother so much about earning beyond 2 years
Only fortune teller like to do that, moreover , like icon8888 said , order book replenishment is an on going process. Who dare say within the next 2 year there is no more new contracts coming. Further more contribution from utility and plantation are improving, though insignificant.
When time to buy, we always forget the principle "when others are fearful , we must be greedy".
Now is the time deciding you dare to win or not. Of course there is risk, there is nothing like sure win , but if it is a good risk , you still hesitating, then it is better for you to wait to buy high then hope to sell higher. Otherwise you advise me what is best to do, if most of the people view it as an opportunity ?

what I can tell you is if you buy now the price is reasonable , if you want to buy cheap then you got to try your luck.
why not just focus on the company performance, I feel very safe as long as eps is around 7 to 8 sen
I like dividend stock because while waiting we still got money to collect
