PETALING JAYA (May 25): NetX Holdings Bhd, which saw a surge in investor interest since the beginning of May, announced today a three million renminbi (RM1.87 million) subscription of shares, representing a 51% stake, in a Chinese food and beverage (F&B) company.

NetX said Flavours of Malaysia (FOM), which offers Malaysian specialty F&B products in China, will work with the group to establish new fulfilment centres in Hangzhou.

"These fulfilment centres will conduct research and development on Chinese national acceptance of Malaysian products and to use the research findings to acclimatize the product to suit the local taste buds," NetX said in a statement.

The group said the decision was made based on Malaysia's recent e-commerce roadmap for the Digital Free Trade Zone and the establishment of regional e-fulfilment centres in Malaysia.

The partnership also intends to develop a halal-certified e-commerce market place for goods and services between Chinese and Malaysian consumers, for which NetX intends to use its integrated Mobile Electronic Payment Exchange.

"FoM and NetX's partnership is synergistic, as FoM is a licensed import and export company in China," NetX said.

Just a theory only just say Asiabio bought warrant at 0.005 cents and conversion price I know is .05 cents so at .011 highest they would have make a lot of money converting I repeat at 0.11 but they did not . Now that the price have drop .07 unlikely they will convert now.
Even if they convert they have to ensure the price hold steady at .11 above or fair enough hold 0.08 cents to have a reasonable profit
So know that we know .11 is not the price they will exit sons it could be higher just my opinion

Mpay still not making profit ... but price can go up 0.24 so what the chance of NETX going just 0.12 next target

You will see first money in 5yrs times. Mpay so called frontrunner.... till now unable to bring any meaningful revenues....not talking profit ....because they have to go thru stages of concept, approval, building, educate, promoting, retails etc...
