Moreover,London property sector is blooming, Amprop should do well there.

I'm sure the sale will contribute well in its 2013 earning.

With or without the MOU Fitter is still a growing profitable company and with its earning it shouldn't be placed in the region of PE around 5, sooner or later the price will be adjusted .

Mikekong55, what I meant is based on fundamental ( depending on the chocolate business ) it'll take a long time to reach 1.50, but with the present sentiment ( may be with other reason )it can be pushed up to any price any time even higher than 1.50. I'm not saying it can't be reached as I'm not selling any until the sentiment changes. I'll ride on the uptrend to make as much as possible and hope everyone here can make the as well.

Yes capital reduction can put the price up but the number of shares we own is reduced .

I hate to write this as I also want the price to move up so that we can make more. But for Pmcorp to move up to 1.50 in short term on its fundamental is hard to imagine. From my estimate, granting its profitability increases 20 fold ,the revenue doubles every year, it still has to take more than 7 years to attain the net profit in the region of 130M to give the fair price of 1.50. I definitely won't wait for that as the assumption is too liberal . Having said that I still hope that price can move up further so that all of us can enjoy the rise.

Yes,this one should be avoided , do you all know that selling put or call option can make a good fortune because 80% of the option will always be out of money. The fund managers use it as an insurance and they don't mind paying the premium. We have no option market here so many banks try to sell the call or put warrant to make some money. Don't let them suck .

Lim, please don't be taken too much by the bullish trend of PMcorp, the bullish sentiment may be strong for some short term gain. To reach the TP of say 1.50 depending on fundamental , would require the net profit in the region of 120M , just estimate the revenue then you will know how long it'll take to reach the TP.

"Even the comp. closed down we still can get some clothes back" with that I would prefer Poh Kong.

Sorry Dan, missed your question, div.will be 2 sen to be announced after AGM. As I intend to keep it for long term I'm not particular of its FV,however if you estimate the forward EPS as 13 sen ( actually should be higher )and take the PE as 7 then then FV can be 91 sen which shouldn't be over estimate.

Fitter's earning has improved steadily from 9m+ in 2009 to 26m+ in year 2012 , and 2Q of 2013 is already 20M+ . The EPS does not increase much is due to share dilution from warrant conversion , anyway 2013 EPS should be in the region of 12-14 sen , dividend can be 2.5 sen so just estimate what should be its FV.

I agree with him on the assets value but skeptical on the chocolate business to bring up the price to Rm 10+.

No wonder you sing so high for pmcorp but let's be realistic if we assume 20% growth for pmcorp food business and after 10 years what would be the earning ? We should then roughly know or estimate its share price, mind you that for the last 10 years its food business was not impressive. However it does not mean that pmcorp has no value , at this price it can easily improve and I'm banging on that to make some money.

Fund managers collecting high management fee have the duty to perform, they cannot just collect the fee and not taking any action just because market is weak.

dan hope you have bought some, it may drop back a little, anyway it's my long term investment I'll hold it as long as those holding NTPM

What is good for PM Corp is the asset purchased after selling off PMCW , the food business is not going anywhere for more than 15 years and I doubt it can be another Nestle even after another 15 years. I'll be happy to clear my position if it can be my 2bagger.

EPS about 4.4 sen with 15% growth rate, after 5 years it's still less than 10 sen what can you expect the share price to be ?

You can always improve your earning by proper timing in this stock, 1,4 sen on price 46 sen is 3% dividend yield and the normal ex-date is Feb. Time yourself to buy it at this price and hold it for about 3 months to ex-date and I believe the ex-price should be more or less the same, which means you get 3% in three months i.e. 12% per annum . right ?

HC lee , no, there is no secret it's just that the price was not ideal to go in after the wright up about the green energy section as I noticed that there would be severe shares dilution from the impending conversion of 90M+ warrant and the profit would be diluted. I should have entered just before GE but I didn't so now after this correction and also with better earning, I wouldn't want to miss it.Imagine forward EPS of about 14 sen is selling below 70 sen, and when the green energy section catches on the earning will be improved.

I finally bought into Fitters after tracking it for more than a year and prepare to do the dollar cost averaging down as it drops further.

There are counters capable of having almost the same forward EPS with LBS are selling below 70 sen.

if want to accumulate pick the stocks you have the confident to do the dollars cost ave. down as they drop further and further as you can make about 25% gain when they return to the same level even after dropping a painful 30% down.

Note that 1.64 is ex-dividend, the forward EPS is around 24 sen ( flat compared with 2012 ) and the PE should be about 6.8 ,it's a slow moving stock but stable.

Put in this way if we have the money and don't know where to park the money as the financial storm is threatening, most paper assets are not stable, buying property can be used as asset protection. To speculate by using bank loan is looking for trouble.

ipomember, YOCB is the manufacturer of home linen and curtain,go to yoongoon.com you can get the details . There is nothing spectacular about the company but it is consistent with it earning ,for the last 3 years the quarterly net income is about 4 to 5M which gives the EPS more than 3 sen per quarter. 3Q for FY2013 is more than 10 sen and we can expect the earning for FY 2013 to be 13 sen. Since we are talking about hidden gems that can give us more than 50% profit and we know that on the average these gems cannot command a PE more than 10 so we have to look for stocks with PE less than 6.6 and YOCB fits this bill. The chance for me to get good profit may be higher as I bought it at 53 sen and collected 2 sen div. If you were to buy it at 66 sen and it lingers at this level your time money may be wasted .
