Frontken Corp Bhd’s stakeholder CP Asia Holding GMBH is currently a substantial securities holder in the company as it hold 0.29 billion shares or 27.75% of the company. According to its exchange filing to Bursa Malaysia last Friday, the total integrated engineering solutions has acquired the shares through married trade as on June 23, 2015. Credit to @gimmy2u
