lim will act as the principal of ekovest to announce the acquiring proposal,,,,and highly unlikely 'disposing' or 'transferring'....... i think those who purchased will not be disappointed.

China will have to 'release' the capital control soon and its citizens will again unleashed properties buying spree. A lot of countries like canada, new zealand, austrlia, uk and US are now very restrictive on chinese buying. Malaysia still okay. Lim will definitely with its chinese partner do a rousing build-up of JB. This with the high speed rail and the MRT connections in JB will drive the chinese into a frenzy! More importantly the Sultan is involved! This Ekovest cannot be a lame duck!

bigbrother: ekovest share price was 1.16 even before the merger failed. If the acquisition falls through... it shd go back above 1 level. And if the acquisition goes thru, it shd benefit ekovest due to the landbank. The reason of the optimism now is because of weak property sediment. But alot of developers in singapore are now amassing lands for development. It will soon spill over to JB.....a matter of time. Just dont understand where you coming from.....
