Moving up slowly and gaining pace today touching 87 cents. Dividend announcement ? 3 cents, 4 cents or may be 5 cents. YES

EPF selling to their friends to accumulate. That's why prices going down gradual.

Bought on tuesday @1.455.

Seems moving up quietly.
