该公司今日宣布，以总代价6亿4495万令吉，收购由中东企业控制的亚洲金融银行( ASIAN FINANCE BANK BERHAD ，简称AFB) 。付款方式是部份现金与部份新股。

现金部份是3亿9689万令吉；新股则是2亿4805万令吉，马建屋会发2亿2551万股每股订价1.10令吉的新股。

亚洲金融银行的卖方是卡塔尔伊斯兰银行(Qatar Islamic Bank)、巴林金融资产公司(Financial Assets Bahrain W.L.L,)、RUSD Investment Bank Inc及Tadhamon International Islamic Bank。

双方是在去年12月12月21日答署并购意愿书，今日则是正式茖实买卖。
