siaokar scib and kpower, if u look at their 10 years chart, share prices were trading at around 10 cents. only last yr they shoot up to the moon which caught many by suprise.

There is another thing to Serba and SCIB, they have been ramped by anal-ysts. Check for their blogs and make sure you never take notice of any other recommendations.

kinuxian It's getting more complicated as KPMG was sue by Serba while Bursa gave a time limit till Friday. Will KPMG gave such access to their competitor and some info might against them in courts. There is a saying never burn the bridge in corporate world, but serba chairman did that in his first PC.

Despite what others have said, who I believe may have much more experience than I have in these matters, why would KPMG not cooperate? It would demonstrate their professionalism and willingness to assist. However, I would first want paying for the work I have done.

A bit self-inflicted I'm sorry to say. Invested in SCIB and lost 30% in a month and became aware of its business practices which are not conducive to a growth company (I think Karim may have showed Roslan how).

Being ex O&G I anticipated related businesses to do well with a then expect surge in the oil price, therefore a punt on Hibiscus (up 16.5%) and what seemed, and ramped as, a major growth company, Serba Dinamik. It's only after the audit bombshell that I realised the EDs were also in SCIB. I will delve deeper into a company next time.

A point of view:

The naysayers have not so much to gain by driving the share price down, if that is even possible on this board. The share price is very low, likely to go much lower, but still would be a handsome profit if it increases from 42sen.

What have the Fanboys got to gain? More competition should the share price go up or, and much more likely, they are stuck with shares to unload and are going to make a greater loss if the share price goes down.

Either way it seems to funds and margin calls will really dictate what is going to happen.

Me, I'm just p1ssed off I lost 46,5% of my gamble which I though was an investment - I cut lost. I may take another gamble at 10sen if there is also a likelihood of the BoD being deposed.

The market sentiment is against the BoD more than the company itself, choose what an unmitigated mess it is in. They should step down for the good of the company and let a new BoD with integrity and brains try snd salvage what is Salvable. Although some people will need to be out of the country
