More smoke and mirrors by Cheah Chor Sooi Serba's consultant External Relations Manager (after the failed miserable attempts by themselves). He implies a lot but there is no substance and generally publishes something to rally the faithful when the price drops.

I would guess forced selling is very close.

The BoD stated their intention to trade during the closed period. They have done nothing so far.

I can only imagine they are waiting till the price is at it lowest. I will jump "all in" when that happens if they buy 100+million. I may miss out a few cents doing that but it will be "to the moon" from that point onwards.

However, if they don't trade it will be GG - still not sure of the real meaning of GG but I expect it means gone forever (PN17).

No one has been registered as a (new) significant share holder. Maybe the dark hands are in the BoD!

A very likely point in Serba's BoD appointing Nexia is they feel, as it is a small company (KFC franchies?), they can bully them into agreement with their view on the accounts. Something they failed miserably to do with KPMG.

What if KPMG had turned a blind eye for a few (more?) years and the share price was RM5+ and then it was found that Serba had indeed been cooking the books.

Everyones fortune would become next to nothing and they would, of course, blame KPMG.

A Serba strategy, for those that may be mislead:

I believe everyone on this chat expects the Serba share price to rocket if the IR supports Serba’s view, while in the event it finds KPMG’s findings are correct, it will plummet to PN17.

Given the above, why would the believers not go all in at the current RM0.43 price instead of trying to drive the share up as exhorted by UnClear_Lim (the verified lying dogfish), UnSteady ConPeepee (a legend in his own mind), JovaneChua (who doesn’t know a donkey from his elbow), etc. so they can offload their shares and make a profit? The higher the share price goes doesn't mean the ultimate price will go any higher than what it will from the current price of RM0.43.

I really can't see the logic in paying more. Please enlighten me if I'm missing something as I'm always ready to learn.

If you believe in Serba, get in now at RM0.43, don't spend a sen more (and the price may also drop tomorrow or later) and don't gamble more than you can afford to lose. Please note, it is a gamble on the outcome of the IR, rather than investing.

The past performance of Serba is quite extraordinary (i.e. too good to be true). Consistent growth in a very troubled market, unprecedented other than the likes of Bezos and Musk who spent many years losing money before becoming extremely successful and in very specialised markets rather than whatever Serba can "dream" up as a business.

Review the posts of PSAI3Alert with an open mind. They indicate all is not well within Serba's results.

I believe the only way forward is to mandate that a company must change its auditor every three years to ensure the auditor is on their toes in fear of being caught out by their replacement.

I know I'm not the only one who had a similar experience. I’m not venting hatred about Serba, only the BoD who marched everyone up to RM 2+ to march them down again to RM 0.32 (“The grand old Duke of York, he had 10,000 men” - those with a colonial education will know).

From that point it is smoke, mirrors that the fanboys and the (verified) lying dogfish (a minor member of the shark family, preyed on by other sharks and larger fish) trying to get the price up for their own benefit.

Overall, the people seem to judge the share at 0.425 - 0.43 even with the Fanboys best efforts. The lying dogfish cannot get it up.
